I spray it on my vegetables before I put them on the grill it gives you the butter flavor without using butter. And the 18-year-old aged balsamic is to die for. They also sell an olive oil sprayer that actually works and it's only a 1/4 tsp per spray. And they have a frequent buyer card as well by 10 and get one free.

My husband and I sampled about 6-7 non-infused olive oils from Italy/Sicily, and all tasted high quality. We also tried a long-aged balsamic vinegar from Modena (that was a thick, delicious glaze). We had trouble choosing, but we settled on several bottles as holiday gifts for family and friends. All 3 members of staff (George, Lauren, and a young man whose name we didn't catch) were super friendly & patient, went above and beyond to help us, and made the experience a breeze. Plus, it feels good to shop small & local for the holidays, and who doesn't like a quality olive oil? (Most people do.) We will be back. Pumpkin Spice Balsamic Yes, how very cliché of me, a girl from Long Island that likes pumpkin flavored things. I love this on top of butternut squash ravioli. Much healthier than butter or a heavy cream sauce and the combo of butternut and pumpkin is a win. Honey Ginger Balsamic Great for salads and drizzling on top of chicken! Chipotle Olive Oil LOVE this for a nice spiced up chicken. I heat this up in the pan, add in my chicken cutlets, salt, pepper, red pepper, drizzle some of the C.O.O. on top, cook, flip, repeat, cook other side, eat. Nice spice and excellent flavor when you cook with it in the pan and then add the drizzle. They have a loyalty card that gets you a free bottle when you purchase 10, but it must be the larger sized bottles (green ones, not clear glass). It can get a bit pricey so I will usually buy 1-2 at a time. The service here has always been super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend, you will likely not leave empty handed!

They have all the infused olive oils that we love, and new ones to try. I even bought a special balsamic vinegar, as well as Christmas presents for the family. It's been years since I've been in a store that offered such personal, helpful service. They filled up a large bottle of olive oil with the flavor I needed and as I chose items took them to the register to hold until I was done shopping.... a good way to keep the customer buying more!! Parking is a breeze in the lot right behind the store. We look forward to coming back!
