When we bought our 2900 sq ft condo in Saratoga Springs we needed help in transitioning from the more traditional decor of our last home in CT to something more contemporary and reflective of our new life as retirees. Janet was so easy to work with and brought "fresh" ideas on how to integrate new furniture and accessories with the decor we brought with us from our worldwide travels. Over a period of 18 months she helped with all aspects of furnishing various living spaces - design, purchase, and install. It was so nice to arrive on a weekend and find a room fully completed - the big reveal just like on HGTV. We recently purchased a second home, a new townhouse, in Virginia, and used Janet's expertise again to help us furnish this new property.

When the blinds arrive Ryan came to install them and he couldn't have been more friendly and professional. The blinds look gorgeous! My grandchildren were visiting this pasted weekend and, unfortunately, broke one of the blinds. I call Caligari's thinking I would have to purchase a new blind but they informed me that it might be able to be repaired. I scheduled a service call and it was Ryan who came again; I was so glad. He was able to fix the blind right away! For just the cost of a service call the blind is working again! He let me know that he isn't always able to fix blinds on site sometime they need to be sent out for repair, but if he can fix them, he does. So nice! The blinds are pricy but, in my option, worth every penny. Beth P.

Susan was wonderful…read more She seemed intuitive, attentive, genuine, and patient--exhumed a wholesome energy and made me feel comfortable. I could tell she loved her job and cared about her clients. She came prepared for the house visit: brought me a printed notebook with bagua maps laid over my floor plans and took notes for me so I did not have to. We chatted and walked around the house for readings. She also did an energy cleaning at the end of the consultation. The whole session took a little over 3 hours. A few days later, she sent a follow up email with more notes and links for subjects we discussed. Susan was also very mindful of my germaphobic tendencies and offered to bring extra clean clothes and socks to wear inside my house. When I asked her questions, she took her time to double check with her notes before answering. It is a lot of new information to absorb. I appreciated her due diligence. Her method was different from the previous fenshui consultant I tried. It's more natural and less hoaky, which suits my style more. For the price range, it's best to consult with her over the phone and review which package suits you. It's very convenient for me that she takes credit cards!

After telling him what we were looking for, Trevor got in his car and gave us a video tour of the houses we were interested in and the surrounding town area. Over the course of the next 6 hours, Trevor and FaceTime took us on a live tour of a town we had never been to. He educated us on the culture, places to go, and the overall pulse of Hudson. Trevor drove to each of the 3 houses we were interested in, stood outside so we could see and hear the traffic patterns, and toured the houses with us looking in with our phone. It was unbelievable. Initially, we were looking to purchase a house with 10 + acres, with no nearby neighbors. At the end of the day, Trevor suggested that we look at a home that was about to go on the market in the heart of the village, walkable to restaurants, clubs, and all Hudson has to offer. We fell in love. This realtor is skilled in listening to all that his clients tell him.
