Why meditate with a singing bowl? They are said to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance focus, creating a sense of inner peace. Despite the noise from the cicadas and the faraway sound of traffic, it was a gorgeous evening and I found myself lightly dozing?, relaxing while listening to the instruments. This was the last outdoor session of the season, with the fall sessions to be held indoors. If you are open to trying new experiences you may enjoy a singing bowl meditation.
