This is our 12th year at Christian Heritage Academy and surprisingly (or not surprisingly) enough, we fall at about middle on the years-at-CHA spectrum. There are families who have been a part of the CHA family for 20+ years due to multiple children and grandchildren... This is such a testimony to what kind of place CHA is. CHA has been such an important part of our family. Ever since the beginning, when my children started in the preschool classes, to life's ups and many downs, there has not been a time where our lives were not positively touched by someone associated with CHA, whether it'd be faculty, staff or friends. We love the small class sizes as the teachers really get to know my children--their strengths, weaknesses, and quirks--to work with me to nurture them. The faculty and staff really try to model Christ in what they say and do. I love this environment where the daily activities are bathed in prayer (daily morning faculty devotions to start!) and that my children and I are being prayed for. As icing on the cake, CHA offers a strong academic program as well. My daughter, who is a junior in the Upper School this year, is constantly being challenged with a multitude of AP and Duel Credit courses. All courses are taught through a biblical lens and I believe this helps my children a unique perspective to the world around them. CHA offers opportunities for sports, theater, student council, paper--and almost everything else in between so the opportunities for all that my children are provided. The bond between the students is strong as they encourage each other, pray for each other and just love on each other. I am so appreciative towards CHA--its dedication to bringing up soldiers for the Kingdom. It truly has been a blessing in our lives. read more

My son went to the school in 2022 and 2023. We are Korean and Christian and I thought I was sending my son to a safe place. Back then my son was in preschool in kindergarten so he didn't really know what was going on but now he's in third grade and he communicates with us perfectly. While looking through his old yearbook together, we stumbled upon this teacher's picture. He said she was very unkind to him with another kid and him were trying to grab an item. He would always give it to the other kid and yell at him . He said he specifically felt singled up by her that she was nice to everybody except him and it was making him very confused but now that he's older and can understand I told him about racism. I told him there's certain people that think they're they're better than others because of their skin color and they like to abuse, helpless little children, while smiling at their occupation, saying that their Christians, that is absolutely disgusting . SHe would always pull him aside and be mean to him while smiling in our faces. My wife thought she was the nicest one there. But she is a racist just trying to cover herself. Christian Heritage Academy you should do better and you should be ashamed of yourself hiring people like that. We trust you with our kids. And we pay you very well for the services. Please get your act together. We are truly disappointed in you 10 thumbs down for you guys. read more

My first grader niece LOVES going to school here and a lot of it has to do with the high level of engagement and community support. The facilities and especially the auditorium are comparable to what you can find in some colleges, let alone a grade school. Top notch, I know my nieces and nephews will be nurtured and will excel because of the high quality of education they are receiving and will receive here. read more

We have three children at CHA (twins that are 6, and a 4 year old). The teachers are incredibly caring and loving to our children. I can't believe that my 6 year year old boys are already reading in kindergarten! My wife and I can tell that the teachers are truly concerned about our childrens' education, BUT most importantly, we can tell our boys are growing in the biblical teaching that is shaping them into who they will become as young men. Even though we live in a suburb that has so called 'great schools', what they are learning at CHA is worth the tuition. Its an investment in our children future that you just can't get in a public school. Hands down, CHA is a 'must visit' school if you are looking for Christian based education. read more

Absolutely, without a doubt a best Christian school. I had my 2 children at this school for several years and I have to admit that this was my best decision. Children will get the best education in the best Christian environment. read more

Our 3 kids have attended Christian Heritage Academy (CHA) for the past 3 years. We love the school and the community. We live in Glenview, IL which has a great public school system. So why send our kids to CHA? CHA provides a fantastic Biblically-centered education. And that translates to kids who excel academically in an environment that honors the Lord. The teachers are great Christian role models and nurture a great learning environment. We can see the impact of CHA in each of our kids. They love to learn and strive to act in a way that honors the Lord. We trust that the many seeds that are being planted will bear fruit in their lives and for eternity. We are also so thankful for the community of CHA parents and families who are very involved. read more

My children have been attending CHA for 8 years and not only are my children getting an outstanding education...they are learning God's word and seeing their teachers as Christian role models that pray with them and help them walk through difficult peer situations with God's grace and love. Our family loves the CHA community and we have made lifelong friendships because the parents are so involved in the school. It is a wonderful school and we are so blessed to be there. read more

This is our 4th year at Christian Heritage, and we both absolutely love it. Solid biblical teaching is integrated into every subject area. The teachers and staff truly have a heart for God and demonstrate Jesus' love in the way they treat both the children and the parents. Test scores and level of education is on par with the best of the best local public schools i.e. New Trier, Stevenson. We are so blessed to be a part of the CHA family and as long as it is part of God's plan, our child will be here through the high school years. read more

As a current parent of CHA Chicago campus (2 years, and enrolled for a 3rd w/ a 2nd child coming in 1 year), we are amazed at the way kids respond to the teaching staff. Parent involvement is outstanding and we look forward to being part of everything CHA does. Cultivating a child's faith is just as important as teaching them their ABC's and 123's. But CHA does not skimp on learning and curriculum...a fully accredited school with outstanding teaching. A++!!! read more

I love Christian Heritage Academy(CHA). My son has been attending for 8 years and not only do I love it, he loves it. CHA provides an excellent academic and spiritual environment where children are prepared to succeed academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. The teachers approach their roles in our children's lives as a ministry. They teach kids about God's love and grace, not only by using the bible, but through their lives. Every class is open to discussing how to live the Christian life in a secular world. They have a music and drama program that is second to none. The small class sizes provide a very personal experience and helps my son feel connected to the body of Christ in a very real way. In an age where teachers are pushing their own secular agendas, Christian Heritage Academy is pushing God's agenda, all day, every day. I LOVE THIS SCHOOL! read more

Christian Heritage Academy provides an outstanding, creative and engaging learning environment, coupled with a vibrant and nurturing staff. The result is incredibly fertile soil for children's academic, emotional, and spiritual growth. Practical biblical truths are integrated and applied throughout the curriculum which is age- appropriate and challenging for students. Critical thinking skills and a biblical world view are developed in a small class setting. Children are celebrated for their strengths and are encouraged to grow in a wholistic way. Teachers clearly love God, love kids, and love learning - and it SHOWS! I'm thankful our family has been a part of this school community for over 15 years! read more

When you become a part of CHA you become a part of an unbelievable community. There are many great schools on the North shore of Chicago to choose from. What differentiates CHA from the rest is the amazing staff who love the Lord first and show that love to our children day in and day out. Exemplary spiritual leadership in everything they do is what makes CHA what it is. Yes the school excels academically with amazing test scores and dual credit offerings and AP classes and an environment that challenges students to be their best. CHA is rated one of the best in the state in these areas. Yes the school offers the full range of extracurricular activities in drama and athletics which allow our kids to be not only students but also well rounded athletes and musicians and actors. The opportunities to compete are there. Most importantly, when they do they glorify the Lord first and they perform for the audience of One. So to sum it up. CHA focuses on college prep, life prep and eternal prep. Preparing our kids with superb academics to help them achieve at the next level. Preparing our kids in life to be the next generation of Christian leaders. And most importantly, and at the center of everything CHA does, everyone who impacts our kids daily in the classroom, the halls and on the sports fields and stages do it to prepare our kids for their eternal future. If you want to know more just visit CHA. When you do you will see what I am talking about. read more

We have an 8th grader and a Sophomore at Christian Heritage Academy (CHA). A lot of hours are spent at school and it's important to us that our children are in an environment where they are learning to love God/Jesus and others. They will be a success in life if they do those two things. At CHA, the faculty/staff pray for and with our children. They come along side us in Shepherding our children's hearts. CHA is a loving place and the academics are exceptional! My daughter is an actress and loves the plays CHA performs. My son is a golfer and represented CHA at the State Championship Tournament. read more

We LOVE this school! It's an extremely caring environment, and has Christian morals and values. The education is high quality and I've heard that kids that go through the high school are well prepared for college. They have very high scores for the Glenview area. They're higher than the public schools, and the Glenview Public School system is ONE OF THE HIGHEST in Chicagoland! This school is incredible! Their music and drama programs are top notch. read more
