Everything from the music, to the skate rentals, to the staff on the rink seemed well organized. They also have a small area devoted to arcade games. Only critiques are their signage is super small and not likely to generate drive-by traffic- you have to know where you're going to find it. Also, would be nice if they had a small section of club chairs or just more comfortable seating for spectators to relax instead of being relegated to picnic tables and hard chairs.
