A total throwback full of nostalgia but somehow also feels current. The place is clean. Fun decor. Good music (both current and classic rolller rink tunes). Snack bar. Plenty of seating for spectators. Pleasant staff. $5 entry for skaters on weekdays, $6 weekends. Rent classic roller skates ($2) or modern inline skates ($5). They have open skate and offer occasional group games on the rink which the kids seemed to enjoy; winners get candy. Everything from the music, to the skate rentals, to the staff on the rink seemed well organized. They also have a small area devoted to arcade games. Only critiques are their signage is super small and not likely to generate drive-by traffic- you have to know where you're going to find it. Also, would be nice if they had a small section of club chairs or just more comfortable seating for spectators to relax instead of being relegated to picnic tables and hard chairs. We recently had a birthday party here for my daughter! It was so well done. The staff handles everything from setting up to tearing down. They even call the kids in off the rink for you when it's time for the cake/ice cream. They supply Wilcoxson's Ice Cream Sandwiches. The parties are super fun, well organized and really affordable. The place is clean and the staff friendly. When we were told we couldn't go on the rink with shoes to help out our small children, the owner really went out of his way to help us find a solution. I was very impressed by the level of customer service! Will definitely go again. read more
