The soup of the day was this decadent creamy potato concoction with bacon on top which my dining companion had oh, she let me taste it oh, it was a meal all to itself! But she didn't quit there, she also got their pulled pork sandwich oh, she has gluten allergies so it came on gluten free bread and because the bread was small slices, the kitchen actually brought her out what amounted to almost two sandwiches. She liked it! They offered about eight different things for dessert and I tried the pecan pie. It was different from what I was expecting, chopped pecans and cream layer of some sort.
