Great historical location. Great people, burgers, local selection of meats/groceries, and custom jarred jams. Love this place!

Staff were extremely friendly and the food was fabulous! There is lots of variety in the shopping section and employees were knowledgeable about what they were selling. There is also a corner of the business that has books and toys for kids to play while you eat! Such a well ran establishment and worth the money and drive!

We were greeted by the same friendly employee when I visited the prior week, and she gave us each a stamp punch card - after so many you get a freebie coffee. FYI they also serve smoothies, not posted yet, and they can make them dairy free! My friend and I shared a Rueben sandwich and chicken salad croissant. Great flavors, but for me the Rueben shined! Lots of flavor. $1 more. My decaf latte with oat milk ($2 extra) and sugar free Belgian cookie syrup was nice. The price for the oat milk was steep, I don't think I've ever paid that much extra. I may skip it next time and go for the caffeine free teas. I ordered a hippie bar and honey glazed pecans to go. I really enjoyed the hippie bar- peanut butter, gluten free oats, chia, seeds, and dried cranberries. Lots of seating inside. There's a conference room- free of charge for ministry meetings and a mic area up front. The owner stopped by our table and greeted us, I just love supporting this local fam owned business. Oh and when we visited the women's restroom... I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful sky ceiling and bird sounds. So soothing and relaxing... I felt like I was transported to a gorgeous serene garden. Big smile on my face!

I'm a Texan so I LOVE beef, but have spent enough time in South America to enjoy some texture instead of the velvety smoothness of a tenderloin. Check out their website. All sorts of cuts are available and they all put supermarket steak to shame. I took a pic of a tomahawk ribeye, a flanken rib, and a Dino Pop, which is a MASSIVE osso bucco I can't wait to prepare. We are experimenting with cold smoking before searing. This is special occasion beef, but I'd suggest you get some for every day use.

I knew it was going to be good when I walked in and the first thing I saw was Gateway Drum smokers and PK grills. I was greeted by the gal working (I didn't catch her name but very nice, lots of tats on her arms) and she told me the shop is family owned and the cattle all raised nearby. She then walked me through the market and talked to me about all the various cuts and their given versatility. Though I'm not a classically trained chef, I cook often for large groups and have cooked in a restaurant before so I was already familiar with all the cuts but I remained quiet and listened- I was so pleasantly surprised by her depth of knowledge. Their selection is outstanding- ground beef of every ratio imaginable, sausages of all types, briskets, tri-tips, hanger, Denver, Flat Iron, London broil, chuck roasts, eye of round, beef ribs of every variety, tomahawk and traditional ribeyes, New York strips, flank steak, skirt steaks, tenderloins, half tenderloins, Thor's Hammer, Oso bucco, beef cheek, lengua, You name it, they had it on hand and it was great quality cuts in cryopack ready to go. Excellent pricing for Wagyu too. I spent $200 and walked out with several excellent cuts and am already planning my next stop in. Don't pass it by on your way through, great place!
