I also bought some cherry salsa and bourbon bacon bbq sauce. I didn't tear into them until I got home. My only regret is I didn't buy more. I need to make another road trip to Texas and next time I will bring my cooler and max out my credit card.

I love this cut of meat when I go a Brazilian steak house and so I buy some so I can make at home. They also offer Wagyu cuts along with ribeye's, tri-tip and short ribs. There is also a selection of pork, chicken and seafood for all palettes. The staff was really nice, friendly and answered all my questions on how to best prepare the picanha. Overall, the meat was of high quality and came out perfect. I look forward to coming back when I'm having another craving for BBQ.
