Esme, is super sweet and is always quick but efficient with her waxes. She uses her time wisely and is very sanitary. The studio itself is so cute and they recently renovated. Parking is a little tight sometimes so I recommend getting there about 5 minutes early incase you have to park in the back street. The front door does remain locked during wax appointments so I suggest waiting in your car until about 2 minutes from your allotted time. Checking out is easy as they have tap to pay! Definitely check this place out.

During the appointment, the wax specialist appeared to notice some of the missed hairs and began tweezing them, which became so painful that I had to ask her to stop. I understand that no service is always going to be absolutely perfect, but for the amount I paid, I expected the Brazilian wax to actually be completed and checked thoroughly before I left. I also have an upcoming trip and do not have the time to make another trip back to the location just to have a service corrected that should have been done properly the first time. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I contacted the location afterward to explain what happened and give them the opportunity to make it right, and I felt that nothing was offered to resolve the situation. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable-- even a partial refund, credit, or some acknowledgment of the incomplete service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, after both the quality of the wax and the way my concern was handled afterward, I don't feel confident returning.

We walked into EWC on a whim in the hopes of snagging an eyebrow appointment and was super duper happy we were able to do just that! Since our impromptu appointments were back to back, we shared a room and were both treated by the lovely Leticia. First up was me, I laid on the table and told her I just wanted things cleaned up and she immediately got to work. 3 minutes later and I looked a bit more polished and pristine with my clean eyebrows. Then she took care of my bff who added on an upper lip wax. We both were super happy with our results. Leticia was amazing and super knowledgable! This girl knew her stuff and she is beloved as well (we noticed someone a little bummed that they couldn't get an appointment with her...so you know she's just that good) she told us how to properly fill in our brows and little factoids about our arches. She was initially friendly and talkative but once she finished, I noticed that she had made my right eyebrow significantly shorter than the left and it was uneven. I expressed this to her and instead of looking at my eyebrows and seeing how she could even them out or tweak it, she kept cutting me off saying that it's fine and dismissing my concerns. I continued to show her the part of my eyebrow I wasn't content with but she began escalating to literally arguing with me ( there was another customer waiting and witnessing all this). I told her that her behavior was extremely unprofessional and she said I don't have to pay for the service but as I walked out, she screamed across the room, "you're poor and have no money and you dress like a grandma." (I was dressed in workout clothes because I planned on workout out afterwards). I can't believe that a business that employs someone with this worth ethic is still in business. I would absolutely be cautious if you decide to go here. I will NEVER be back.
