I've never been impressed with the food at an Irish pub--until now! My wife and I took our picky-eater teen niece there after skiing and she immediately found something she liked on the menu; the Mozzarella and Tomato sandwich! My wife ordered the same and I asked for the Roast Beef sandwich made with rare meat. Our consummately professional server assisted us in selecting our three- and five-deciliter flights from their vast array of beers on tap.
Our orders arrived in just a few minutes and we were amazed at the quality of the food and attention to detail, such as the hearty, lightly toasted sandwich rolls and the perfectly-seasoned "Country" fries, which were wonderfully hot and creamy inside. My wife and niece simply couldn't stop raving about how great their entrees were, and I was equally enamored with my tender and juicy roast beef sandwich.
Our image-conscious 17 year-old instagram-influencer niece was enthralled by the bar's warm, colorful atmosphere and we enjoyed it as well. BTW, the bathrooms are spotless, which is not exactly de rigueur in Irish pubs. read more
