The Core Cafe is a lovely cafe with a variety of coffees, smoothies, breakfast items, and desserts. I purchased the mango smoothie and pistachio dream cake. They were amazing! I know it was a weird combination because I wasn't planning on ordering the cake but it looked enticing and I'm so glad I got it. The staff was helpful to make sure I got my food. This is a popular place with a range of individual and group seating throughout the cafe. I came down for a silent Bookclub event and I enjoyed the atmosphere here. Fu the owner joined us at our table and I loved that! He is so kind and friendly and even some customers joined us in reading. I love the vibes here and will definitely come back.

I stopped by this cafe to get some work done since there was a power outage in Spring, and I think I found my new favorite study spot when I'm in the area! This seemingly small cafe is actually quite spacious; the ambiance was quiet, and the service was friendly. They had a seasonal menu for the fall, so I chose to order the iced Tiramisu latte with oat milk, and the cup was coated in tiramisu (?) syrup. The coffee taste was a bit masked, but overall it was creamy, not too sweet, and had a mocha flavor! The Core Cafe had several unique flavors that I'd love to try, so I look forward to returning. :D

My friend Janet and I stopped by this adorable café after our Saturday morning walk, and I think we may have found our new go-to spot. They had a great selection of pastries, and our hazelnut lattes were absolutely divine. I ordered the Breakfast Bagel - a cheddar jalapeño bagel with cream cheese, scrambled egg on one side and avocado on the other. I honestly didn't think all of that would go well together, but it was amazing! The flavors worked perfectly, and it was hearty and filling... exactly what I needed for a late-morning brunch. Janet had a regular croissant and loved it! She thought it was super fresh and flaky. Between the great coffee, delicious food, and cozy vibe, we're already planning to come back. Highly recommend!

Came here 2/8/26 and had such a great coffee experience! The service was good, I was immediately greeted upon entering. I ordered the Honey Comb Latte iced and it was made to perfection - I almost ordered a second! The barista helped answer all my questions since I was trying to decide what to order. The menu is plentiful, I can't wait to try other drinks. The coffee shop is very spacious with plenty of seating all over, and different types of seating arrangements. Lots of natural light and the music wasn't too loud either. There was construction being done on the road prior to turning in, and the parking lot can get busy. Overall, based on my experience, this is the perfect spot to get good coffee and study/work!

Coffee here is on another level. Authentic, robust, earthly and never overly sugared. Breakfast bites are delicious too especially the avocado toast. I have been on a London Fog kick and this place did me right. Stop in and grab a coffee. Whether you chill and enjoy the ambiance or just take it to go. Either way, you will be satisfied.

The Core Cafe has a cute/cozy interior decor with plenty of seating. Service was excellent. Strawberry matcha would have been perfect if the matcha wasn't powdery. They probably need to heat the water more or whisk more to better dissolve the matcha. If I'm ever in the area, I would return to try their coffee options.

Tried studying at a new coffee shop called the core cafe in spring since I was in the area. They have a lot of space available to study, and free wifi as well. I got one of their winter specials, the butter pecan shaken espresso. Honestly didn't really taste the butter pecan flavor but the coffee and espresso flavor overall was hitting.

WHAT AN AMAZING CAFE! So much space to study or just hang out and the staff is so kind. The cheesecake?! Amazing. The coffee?! Perfect !! The honeycomb is so good and the graham cracker latte tastes like French toast! 10/10 would always recommend this place (& this was my first time)

I had mixed feelings about the coffee but I would possibly go back to try other flavors and more of their halal pastries. Great study/work spot if youre in the area!

My hunny wanted coffee after our bagels so we went looking for a place at The Vintage and can't find Coco Crepes. Looked for coffee nearby on Yelp and found this place. Didn't look like much from the outside but inside was pretty cool. Service was outstanding and was very patience w us since it was our first time there. Made us feel welcome. We stop back by when in need of a place to study and coffee.

Finally made it out since I needed a place to work. Same nice layout as the previous establishment, but with a more focused offering with nice additions. The owner is very nice and talkative. The staff is also super nice. Food: I really enjoyed the classic breakfast. Great blend of classic and healthy. The potato roll and other items are tasty and unique. The desert looks great. Will have to try next time. Nice Turkish vibe. Turkish bagel is a great addition. Unique Coffee: Always high quality. Charcoal latte is interesting. I'm still trying the new stuff. Came here as I was driving by it peaked my interest. The coffee shop is huge. Lots of seating. Coffee shop and they also serve breakfast until 6:00pm. Kinda pricy for a coffee shop. See photo. I ordered a honeycomb latte. It was very sweet. The service was great, there was two ladies behind the counter. I didn't try any food items as I just stopped by for coffee but the forest fruit cake looked delicious. Overall I would come back to try more item.

They have an inviting space, but the food was subpar. The mini pancakes were not freshly made, but I'd probably reheated because they're crunchy on the corners and not soft and very dry. The fresh fruit was delicious the. The eggs were the only highlight as they are while he's cooked. But $17 for a breakfast plate is disappointing for the quality that I received. Parking lot was busy, but yet there's parking not directly in front of the restaurant because it shares it with other retail stores The Stanford friendly, and the Services prompt probably really the only highlight. Note my rating system: 1 Star: I wouldn't recommend 2 Stars: Didn't hit my standards 3 Stars: Average (nothing special) 4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star. 5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

Just moved to the area and I was in the search for a new coffee shop to read our books and work. Once I saw this shop I knew it was going to be my go to coffee shop it's so big and cozy ! The staff is always friendly and warm and the drinks are amazing ! Leah and Stephanie took care of us and they were so warm and welcoming! My husband and I ordered a banana smoothie and a dulce de leche iced coffee with oat milk and I can honestly say it's best coffee I've ever had ! The place is so clean and calm. i cannot rave about this place enough. our experience here was simply amazing. what a wonderful place with great people and awesome coffee! If you are not going to Core Cafe then stop what you are doing and go there! It's is the best coffee place in the area. I have tried every coffee spot around, some multiple times. This place has the best of everything. The atmosphere is cool and laid back. The art, the tables, the decor are all hip and comfortable. The owner and his beautiful wife are so kind and inviting. They bring you in and treat you like family. But most importantly, The coffee is incredible! This place has the best matcha for 50 miles. I am still thinking about the strawberry matcha (iced) days later. Why I ever wasted time and money anywhere else seems silly now. I want to be a regular here. I absolutely love this place. read more

We love Core Cafe! My kids ask us to take them there for breakfast often because they love the croissant sandwich so much my husband and I always get the breakfast bagel which has an over easy egg on one side and avocado on the other. The drinks are great and the pastry selection is also incredible! This is definitely way better than even most "good" coffee shops I have been to! The vibe has an eclectic West Texas feel with a lot of different seating types and arrangements. Staff is super nice and helpful read more

Wow, this place has such a cute and modern vibe. I love how the owner came out and introduced himself to my entire party. It is very warm and welcoming! the staff was very sweet and helpful with the variety of options available. My drink came out very quickly and was so delicious; I finished it in two minutes! Here for the espresso! From NY to LA I am always in search for a bold jolt in a tiny cup. It didn't disappoint. I can't rave about the ambiance enough, though. Coffee drinkers, no one lurking over your shoulder like at most cafes. You'll see guests enjoying their favorite drinks while writing, dreaming, reading....you name it - this cafe has a vibe that makes me want to walk in curl up with a good book and sip coffee all day. The staff is friendly, professional and the service is fast! i've tried several drinks from here and the only thing that has been a miss for me is the matcha. it seems like the matcha is pre-sweetened because i got an iced strawberry matcha and it was very, very sweet. other than that, the coffee quality is above average and i enjoy it. on the other hand, the pricing is fair and the space is great to work from home, do work, and/or study at. i appreciate how the music isn't too loud so that whenever i have to pick up a call, the person i'm on the phone with can actually hear me. the seating is super comfortable and the wifi is great! read more

This place is a hidden gem! The ambiance is so comforting, they play amazing music and you can come here to hang out with friends or to study. The service was really good they were polite. My absolute favorite coffee shop, hands down. The staff is amazing and always willing to help make suggestions or creations for someone as indecisive as myself. The environment and vibes are incomparably better than the shop that was there before them. The new paint and artwork makes it feel warm and cozy. The wifi is great even with multiple guest logged into it. If you're looking for a home office away from home, this is 110% the place to go. read more

The Turkish breakfast was very good; the star was the feta cheese and honey. The Turkish bagel was also very tasty. The winner IMO was the baklava, fresh and incredibly delicious. For drinks the blueberry chai was fantastic, and the baklava latte was really good. Only wish I had more! The owner and staff are so nice and friendly; loved the atmosphere so much. read more

Gorgeous little coffee shop. The menu has your basic coffee shop pastries such as croissants or danishes but they also have delicious items that make them stand out like their Turkish katmer or baklava. The service is amazing they were very eager to explain the menu items and were more than happy to make recommendations based on my taste preference. Definitely recommend coming in!! read more

And I mean this with full disrespect because while cooking is a skill that requires development. How. On. Earth. Do you serve someone a raw egg? It is clearly visible, you don't need a food thermometer, it might literally be the simplest thing to cook. You can practice at home for next to nothing! When you ask for eggs for hard here, they will be close to over medium if you're lucky. Today, since they put avocado on my partners bagel I guess they decided to just add it to mine because why not? Well why not is because it's not on the menu, and I did not ask for it and I'm paying for the item I asked for. Not your random remix. Additionally, every time I order, I make sure to specify I want my matcha UNSWEET. Every time they say "ma'am it doesn't come with sweetner" and I hold my tongue because I know well enough if I don't say that, they add SWEETNER. And since my husband ordered this morning and didn't say unsweet, my Matcha ended up sweet. Once? Fine. Twice? Everyone makes mistakes. It's a drink idc. But every single time unless the customer specifies? Are these people being trained? Do they have the capacity to be trained? And sure you might be thinking wow that's harsh. Well I asked to buy a lanyard in the drive thru, I was told they didn't sell lanyards, not that they were out of stock. No according to this employee they don't sell them, never have. Mind you I had just seen it in the store a few days earlier. I'm not one to argue so I acted as if it were my mistake. A few days later I stopped inside to see if they had any left in store. They had several, I took it to the register and asked to purchase the lanyard. She said "you mean our dog leashes!" ........... I thought she was pulling a little joke. She wasn't. I'm sorry have you seen someone walk a dog? Have you ever seen a dog leash shorter than 2 feet? Have you ever seen a dog? She genuinely begins to argue with me because she can't find the button for dog leashes in the system. (DUH girl! Because the company you work at doesn't sell dog leashes. How do I know that and you don't?) The manager walked over and chose the LANYARD button to which this young lady says snarkily "oh I guess it is a lanyard". The manager looked bewildered at her and I thought surely he will now realize how lacking his staff is. However that wasn't the case. So I beg. Please train them. Fire them. Replace them with robots please. I don't care. I'm even happy to give them gentle instruction on how to do their job if you'll at least teach them not to talk back. Don't assume they know what a lanyard, or a croissant, or a cup is because it just might be to the failure of your company. Bonus: a lot of these kids seem to not know that the source of sugar is what they call "flavoring" :) If I don't want sugar, it feels like common sense that I don't want vanilla with sugar in it? Sincerely written as a person that supports smaller coffee shops in hopes that they succeed over chains.

The best coffee shops have good coffee and at least one cozy couch. It's difficult to find a place that has a good atmosphere to go with the good food or coffee products. This one has it all. The Core Cafe not only offers great choices and great coffee, but a uniquely sweet atmosphere for relaxing, working, studying, and building connections. I love the layout of the space with several couches and chair setups - really great conversation areas, with a nook or two for more privacy. It's really my favorite place to be. There are a few good places to go, but this is a good one to stay. What was available looked like they'd sourced it from a 7-11: sandwiches and burritos wrapped in cellophane with printed labels on them. At least the coffee was okay.

There are plenty tables and chairs for large groups. And sofas ( not in good condition at all... but sofas .. yes)... ya... big ones length wise. Pretty noisy actually. Good noise. Cheerful sharing while chilling over drinks and pastries - that kind of noise. Have been craving for fries lately and when I saw Common Bond, was very excited but they didn't carry the thick truffle fries which I was so fond of in the other Common Bond. Still, it was good fries and the staff was very friendly.... many high schoolers doing a summer job so they are super nice. They have a rewards program running - once registered, $spent is $earned in points which can be redeemed later. Staff was friendly and seemed like some of them were high schoolers or sort of, doing summer jobs so they were extra courteous and cautious - it was very much appreciated The fresh pastries were inviting and they had a big menu of other eats too. For me Common Bond and their specialty small dessert cakes went hand in hand. And this bakery did keep up that reputation- they had some sumptuous looking mini cakes. Definitely worth a visit.

Their pandan flavor comes from an in-house made syrup with vanilla and notes of coconut, and the combination with the matcha was perfect. It honestly reminded me of eating some good cereal on a Saturday morning in the best way possible! The flavors worked really well together without taking away from the matcha. The customer service was great and welcome and the atmosphere definitely was perfect for a work from home environment or even getting matcha with friends. I'm always looking for new matcha spots to try, and this one definitely stood out. The Pandan Matcha is a must-try if you want something a little different from your usual matcha order. Staff were nice, place was clean and they had some seating. The cinnamia caught my attention - it was a latte with honey cinnamon and nutmeg. It was not bad. This is a great option if you are doing your morning grocery shopping. They also served pastries.
