I took our two 9 year old grandkids to paint her. While looking at stuff to paint, my granddaughter accidentally dropped the lid off of one of the ceramics and broke it. I told the lady "sorry", she never acknowledged me, she came over to sweep it up and I said sorry again, she just gave me a disgusted look and didn't say a word!! So when I went up to the counter to give them the stuff we were painting, she said "who's going to paint the broken one? I can't sell it now"! We painted 4 things (inc the one with the broken lid and when we went to check out it was $83!!!!! I called 10 days after we painted to see if they were ready, the guy told me yes, they tried to call 5 days before but since they couldn't leave a voicemail they never tried again! My husband went to pick up the stuff that afternoon, sign on the door says they close at 4, at 3:35 they were closed! I called today to see what time they close and was told 4 but if they don't have any customers they will close at 3:15!! That's RIDICULOUS!!!! read more
