Fast-forward to now I have a daughter who is a graphic designer and was looking for a specific type of paper for her printer. And apparently this paper is really hard to find and Kelly paper does not have it For her inkjet printer, but they were very helpful in trying to help us find something suitable. I would go back again if I needed any other specialty papers because they will give you samples to take home and see if it works how you need it to be. It's kind of hard to find so definitely pay attention to your GPS if you've never been. It will seem like you're going down an alley or driving on abandoned railroad tracks and you are, but then you'll come across the store and every time I've been I've been the only customer so plenty of parking.

One I waited six weeks (SIX WEEKS) for them to get back to me. They never did. Then Costco referred them as a vendor for Trendway. I asked for specific information and did not receive what I was asking for, in addition they were already trying to sell other products that are not discounted through Costco. So if you feel like waiting...be my guest. PS I already have the vendor chosen (99% sure anyway) and will write a review on them when the job is completed. So far, they have over-performed on every level.

I asked a friend to ship it from Vegas to San Diego, mistakenly assuming she would put it in its original packaging like I had requested. It was only a few months old. A new baby. After paying for the shipping and extra for her time I get my baby in a used USPS box - no padding. For some reason a can of open caramel covered macadamia nuts was tossed in the box - it wasn't opened per se when it was put in but it exploded in the shipping process getting a sticky sugary nightmare all over the innards of my tower as August in Vegas shipping causes sweet things to melt. Imagine the largest facepalm in the world! I first let my friend try to fix what he called the Mercedes of towers. It wasn't name brand, just custom built for a graphic designers needs. Well, he got it to where it turned on... I needed a professional, on a budget. I called around, everybody was asking $400 and at least a 7 day wait. Then I called Selectronic - which I should of called first but I was skeptical of the sketchy Midway location. I was quoted less than half the price. I just wanted everything wiped and back to 0. Not a lot to ask for, I don't understand why it would cost so much at other places. I didn't care if anything were saved, that's what an external hard drive is for. I took in my beaten up baby, and instantly loved everybody there. 2 people who just like what they do. I had daily updates on my tower and got it back in a few days. I did take it back a few weeks later for "user error" reasons. They kindly took care of my issue with no charge. #awesome Recently, have had issues with my external hard drives - they were able to help me get valuable art work back. What a lifesaver!
