However in my boyfriend's cup, he found a hair after a little bit of us eating. That was a little off putting so I feel like if people are going to be serving the froyo, maybe hair nets should be a priority. While visiting Columbia, my friends and I wanted a treat. We found this place and walked up to the…read morewindow on a hot and sunny Saturday afternoon. There was a family sitting at the table waiting to receive and enjoy their sundaes and concretes. We reviewed the extensive menu and decided what we wanted. We observed someone calling out the sweet treats that were ready for pick up. We were in no rush and could see they were busy. The drive-thru line had a couple of cars. Then the man (owner? Manager?) called out more treats ready and the customers claimed them. I stepped to the window thinking it may be good timing for me to place my order. The man told me as by way of greeting that they have a drive thru window. To which I responded, we have four people. Not to mention that we've never been here previously. Not to mention that we had no idea what was on their menu. Not to mention that we may have wanted to walk around and eat our treats before we got back in the car to drive far, far away. He decided he could take our orders. After we placed and paid for all of our orders, he said it will be about five minutes. He made it sound like that was a long time. We were all very nice and patient. Nobody was in a hurry. We were excited to eat frozen custard. But honestly? I feel like we inconvenienced him by spending our money there.
