My experience is based on the interaction that we had this afternoon not the goods they serve. My sister and I were eating some of the goodies and having bonding time when a lady whom I can assume is the owner came from behind to my sister, touched her hair and then asked if it was appropriate for her to touched my sister's curly hair? Firsr, you already touched my sister's hair and two you must know it is not okay to do so when you are asking!. I truly thought my sister knew her but she did not! I just said you already did touch it which at that time she is just walking towards behind the counter and honestly not sure where she went after that. I cannot believe in 2026 we are still acting like this is okay. Not sure whom this lady thinks she is or what kind of games she thinks she plays to thinks it is okay. Not sure.if she truly thought she was given a compliment to my sister but what is wrong is wrong. She knew she did wrong. For sure we will not be coming back and for sure I have no desire to use what I have left of a gift card. Unprofessional and honestly so out of touch with your clientele. Winter Haven is growing rapidly and you will have to deal with all of more people like us. Some people are so passive aggressive that is gross. It feels like it stretches for at least a mile, and has a great variety of products. I was delighted to find many Asian stalls, one which offered basque cheesecake. The vendors were friendly and encouraged people to try a sample of their wares. The atmosphere was lively and extremely inviting. Not to mention the market is located along small businesses.

Thankfully it was close by, we didn't have to go all the way into Tampa to find a great tea experience. Affordable too!! The settings are all fine china from England. You get 2 teas. An English breakfast black tea and a caffeine free herbal tea. Sugar and honey to complement. You do get a few courses as well. Soup and scone to start off. Then a tower of sweets and savory sandwiches. The cucumber sandwich was so good. I LOVED the soup and scones. Everything is homemade, amazing! The service was so friendly and nice.
