I took Rebekah's "Feels Like Summer Cookie Decorating Class" on Saturday (June 18, 2022). I wanted to start cookie decorating as a hobby for family and friends. Rebekah is an absolute delight! Tip: Order the chocolate sugar cookies...so perfect! I wanted to give out decorated cookies as a favor to my guests for a baby shower being held in my honor recently. I know a lot of bakers can provide cookies but I chose The Cookie Curator because she has a very active instagram with all sorts of designs on it. Connecting with her was super easy and pricing was in line with other quotes I received. I secured my date months in advance and sent her the images I wanted. She was able to design cookies that were beautiful and tasty! I chose to do pick up since she was lived near me and had her individually wrap the cookies with ribbon. The chocolate sugar cookies were out of this world. Rich and the right level of sweetness. I am so glad I chose to get a mixture of vanilla and chocolate. Our guests loved the cookies, as did I. I jump on any chance to take a class with Rebekah, besides being so kind and welcoming in her cookie studio, she is a gifted cookie artist. Attended a class yesterday and shared a lot of laughs and relaxed conversation with the other participants. Rebekah is encouraging and personable, not to mention that she shares her recipes as a follow-up to her class. Her Halloween classes are always unique and fun, as are all of her holiday classes. Take her icing class too, it will really make a huge difference for anyone, like myself, that just couldn't get the icing right.
