I was very dissatisfied with the results. The technician on this visit was different from the original. When I voiced my dissatisfaction I was told the person that did the procedure (who by the way was no longer employed with them) used the wrong applicator. At this time I asked aren't all the technicians trained on which applicators to use for which procedure? She said she couldn't speak for the other technician.
