(I am on 13 meds!) He gets paid $250 a month whether you see him or not. I saw him ONCE over a 14 month period. He is selling time that he does NOT HAVE because he works the BLAKE ER Tuesday and Thursdays and takes Sat, Sun, Mon clearly OFF. That leaves no time between Hurricanes and Vacations to really attend to any private practice. Some estimated 100 dummies like me pay him $25,000 a MONTH to not really see him or have his NON DOCTOR daughter give her frigin thoughts or his NOT REALLY DOCTOR WIFE who may be a Nurse PA I think at best. Its AWFUL, then they LIED and canned me (that I was rude to a nurse taking my blood.) I had been silent out of sheer survival about my feelings. Honestly? IT was my second time to see him coming up and they booted me so that did not happen. I NEVER BELEIVED the second appointment could even remotely happen anyway. He has NO TIME TO SELL!

As for the staff, well, the experience I encountered from the owner was rude and impersonal. Instead of making a client feel like you're about to have this amazing experience, it was more cold, fake, rude (almost like an imposition) from the beginning of procedure to simple conversation. When you're clearly annoyed by someone asking about pricing, perhaps you should educate yourself on client etiquette. An eye roll response is NOT very professional!! This is a very personal experience. As an owner, you of all people, should be as equally invested in your clients as they are in your services. If you're not really interested in your clients, don't ask personal questions but more importantly, when the individual is in the middle of replying to your question (thinking you were genuinely interested), don't then greet another client and begin having a conversation with that person!
