Love the "zen" ambiance and quality of service. Easy to book appointments online. Convenient location.

I had my brows microbladed here recently. Here is the good, the bad, and the ugly of my experience:…read more The salon was clean and the service was relatively inexpensive (note to self: NEVER cheap out on this sort of stuff!), there were detailed AFTERcare instructions provided, they listened when I brought up my concerns, the shape of the brow, as they first appeared, wasn't bad, the color was swatched on my skin before any tattooing was done, and she numbed my brows VERY well - there was little to no pain or discomfort. Now, for the bad. When I had initially made the appointment, I explained that I had previously had my brows done up North and that I had a combination of shading and hairstrokes. It was done by a friend of mine, who owns a high-end salon and spa. I had expected that prior to the appointment, I would get some pre-appointment instructions. I did not. Now, any reputable place will send you PRE-appointment instructions. This is a TATTOO, after all, even if it's only a surface tattoo - pre-care instructions are vital to your health and the longevity of the results. Fortunately, as I had had them before, I still had my instructions. They also tried to have me sign off on received pre-care instructions. I refused, since they didn't send any. When I arrived, the person at the f4ont desk was not wearing a mask, and was standoffish. Okay - everyone has off days. Whatever. I went into the actual room, and the woman didn't ask me any questions about what I wanted to achieve, or anything, really. I had to stop her as she told me to lay down and walk her through what I wanted. I brought pictures of my previous results (which were AMAZING), the color I wanted, etc. She listened well, which I thought boded well for the visit. She didn't measure anything - most places will do some initial measurements and talk to you about placement, thickness, etc. She didn't. She also had her mask UNDER her nose the entire time. But the real problem started when, after she took a look at my brows, she said she couldn't do them because I had a previously had shading and the the individual hair strokes, which is what I was there for, would look "wonky." As a side note, afterwards I called my friend - who had originally done my brows - and asked her about this, and she laughed and said, "Absolutely NOT true." I explained that when I called I had told them what I had before (which had faded quite a bit, hence the new appointment to get them re-done). So I had her get the manger (owner?) of the spa and I explained the situation. She wanted me to reschedule and I told her I had taken half a day off from work. I also told her that I had explained my previous microblading to the person who booked my appointment and she shrugged and said, "She's new." In the end, I had the them do the fine-hair strokes, thinking that I would come back for the follow up with the owners and fill the brows in with more hair strokes and *maybe* a little shading (which I am trying to get away from). The results? While there was a VERY minor improvement in my brows (hey, the 90s RUINED me and they were super sparse and fairly see-through) but they were FAR too thin. (Mind you, I had SHOWN her several pictures of my previous microblading which had been taken just after the first session, in fact) but they looked nothing like them and really needed to be half again as thick. One was also shorter than the other by a bit. The overall impression is that they simply didn't want to do the service once I walked in there. I'm a professional who works in a conservative field, so it's not like I walked in there in shabby clothing and flip flops. Also, the experience just didn't seem professional at all - from the reception experience right down to speaking with the owner - it felt very slapped together and ungracious. It's notable that they had me sign a waiver AFTER the procedure. After this, I got lip filler as a correction for some asymmetry at a different spa - and it was like night and day. I was so happy with my results, as well as the experience, that when I went back for my follow-up, I booked an appointment to have my brows FIXED and then re-done there. The microblade artist took time to see me right then and there and TALK to me about what I wanted and essentially everything that SHOULD happen prior to someone taking a tattoo tool to your face. Needless to say, I cancelled the follow up with Nia Clinic. I won't be back, and I cannot recommend them. I'm not a high-strung person nor am I unreasonable, but there's a threshold of client service and skill that just wasn't met. This procedure is a tattoo on a person's face, not a manicure. It's a shame, because their IG pictures were gorgeous. A reminder that everything on a company's social media is carefully curated, I guess.

They look natural yet full so I feel more polished without a stitch of makeup. If you are looking to get microblading (I was initially hesitant) this is where you want to go! Julie is a perfectionist, which is what you want for this procedure and I am just so happy with my new look! Thank you Nia Clinic.

BEWARE!!!! FAKE REVIEWS on Google…read more *WAYYY overpriced for the quality of work - plz do ur research & dnt make the same mistake I did - there's another place close by that is WAYYY better QUALITY & pricing, that ALSO includes the touch up!* The day of the appt when I went & Francy began doing the measurements, I had to correct her more than once on her measurements which should never happen. She never had me draw how I wanted my eyebrows, ask for pics & when I tried to even show her it seemed like she was trying to rush the measurement process to really get the perfect shape for my face & structure of my eyebrows. I had to correct her work atleast 4x when she thought that they looked great and I would say no this needs to be done, no this isn't the same as this eyebrow, etc.- 4 TIMES!!! I should've got up when she couldn't even get the measurements right that was the first red flag. So I end up leaving & as soon as I get in my car and look in the mirror I'm like WTF!!!!! They were two different shapes so I'm trying not to have another breakdown at this point so I drove home less than 10mins away & when I got home I kindly called her & explained this to her and she immediately started to blame me, & say "you said you loved them?! You already left. I had to stop because your eyebrows were so red and swollen -- (A COMPLETE LIE, LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!) and then when I started to get distraught & cry so she told me come in tomorrow & she'll fix them. Tbh, I wasn't going to let her touch them again if she couldn't do it right the first time! So when I went in, I try to KINDLY say to her "listen this is why I was so distraught, if you look here" & try to show her the pics that I took and edited on my iPhone w the ruler stencil, she then got upset and again started to blame me and say yeah but you told me to do this. And I replied yes but that has nothing to do with the shape and with where I am telling you that needs to be filled in and fixed, so that's irrelevant. After she continued to blame me, and have a attitude and continue to be unprofessional and just tell me it's my fault, I then started to get upset and raise my voice and tell her "no, I will not except this, I will not be treated this way, this is not a professional service, this is not how you treat a client that just paid $600 for a service and tipped you 20%, this is how my eyebrows should look (& showed her a picture from her website of a review, and then other micro shading pictures I found on the Internet) -- in which she then cuts me off and says extremely rudely " fine, I'll give you a refund and you can go to them and get them done there!!!!! You're yelling and I don't see anything wrong with them!!" -- I said " no I'm not yelling, I raised my voice because you're continuing to blame me and not take responsibility for the work you did & my eyebrows being different shapes" *** Oh she also said that you can't get perfect eyebrows, it's just not possible or realistic. I said " THAT IS EXACTLY WHY YOU GET MICROSHADING & PERMANENT MAKEUP -- BECAUSE YOU CAN MAKE THEM THE PERFECT SHAPE?!!!!!" Like wtffff?? Are you serious right now. That comment alone goes to show that she has no idea what she's doing because that is exactly the only reason that you get tattooed make up So she ends up giving me the tip back and completely refunding the service in the most rude and unprofessional manner, which also was a red flag that this girl probably isn't even certified and is scared that I'm going to report her and then she'll lose her business. I don't know if that's true but something is telling me that there's something more going on bc of how she handled the situation. Then to really top it off, the after care that she told me goes against all aftercare procedures that are online by professional MUAs!! That state, DONT get your eyebrows wet at all, DONT put soap on them the first 48-72hrs,or get them wet at all but hers said to do all of that 2x/day. Just run!! Very regretful.

I was finally able to get my eyebrows micro bladed today!!! Y'all!!! I knew I didn't have great…read moreeyebrows... but I didn't realize they were as bad as they were I'm so lucky to have had them done by Verena Earle! I have never seen such real looking micro bladed eyebrows before. I feel so good about myself! My husband doesn't believe that it's even "tattooed" he swears it's all real hair Verena thoroughly explained every single detail about the process to me before we started. Once we started she explained every step she was doing as she was doing it. She spent so much time in the pre work to make sure my brows were going to look amazing. She made sure I was satisfied with the shape/placement before she really got into it. I just can't brag on her enough! As y'all can see, the proof is in the pictures! If you have been on the fence or are just looking for a reputable person to get yours done at... Go see Verena at Eye Love Skin and Brows

I'm extremely disappointed with how my situation was handled. I completed the consent form honestly…read moreand disclosed that I have a history of keloid scarring. The provider told me she would not perform dermaplaning because of the potential risk and her insurance requirements. While I disagreed with that decision--especially because I have had dermaplaning before without complications--I ultimately told her I was not going to continue arguing about it and respected that she had made her decision. What I find very unprofessional is what happened afterward. She specifically told me she could still do my brow tint appointment the following morning. I explained how important the appointment was to me because I am standing in a wedding in 10 days and how much of an inconvenience the last-minute change had already caused. I also made it clear that I wanted to express my frustration beforehand so there would be no tension when I arrived for the brow tint. Instead of honoring the service she had just confirmed, she responded later that evening and canceled my brow tint appointment as well because of how I felt about the dermaplaning decision. A client should be able to respectfully express disappointment or disagree with a provider's decision without having an unrelated, already-confirmed appointment canceled afterward. I was candid about being frustrated, but I also explicitly said I was done disputing the dermaplaning decision and planned to see her for the brow tint. I respect a provider's right to decline a service they believe presents a medical or insurance risk. What I do not respect is confirming another service, knowing how important and time-sensitive it was, and then canceling it at the last minute after a client expressed disappointment. That felt unnecessarily punitive and was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional way to handle the situation.
