While I wish I could provide a 5-Star review, I cannot. I went to Amara at Center for Sight and…read moremet with Eleni. On the day of the procedure (Botox and filler), Dr. Fezza was also present. I liked the doctor very much - great personality and very knowledgeable. I also liked Eleni and felt that she was doing a good job, especially since I was nervous about getting filler. I received filler in my chin area, which turned out well; however, after the time for Botox and filler to set in, I was dissatisfied with the results along the jawline, and I saw no results from the Botox. At the initial appointment, I paid for services, but then received an additional bill in the mail. Upon questioning this, I was told that I was not charged correctly because additional a filler and Botox injection were used. I met with Eleni again at the follow up. I let her know that I thought she did a very good job with the chin filler, but that I was not happy with the rest of the results, and the fact that I received an additional bill. She injected more Botox (for which I was again charged). After that, I spent 4+ weeks trying to resolve the additional bill (numerous calls to John, Manager in Billing, emails sent by John to Alana, Office Manager, emails sent from the front desk to a regional manager, a call from Alana, and now a letter advising me that I am fired as a patient). Prior to the letter, I met with Dr. Fezza on two occasions. Again, I liked him very much and probably would have felt confident with him as a doctor. We had scheduled to do a different pattern of Botox in January (to attempt to raise brows and remedy eyelid drooping since the last Botox) and also to improve the filler since the original filler did not do much for the jawline. After spending between $2000-$3000 and having to argue over an additional $600 bill, I received a letter today that I am no longer a patient. Dr. Fezza is supposedly a very good doctor, but I am surprised that he would simply not remedy the situation, complete the filler (done correctly), and not be concerned with an additional $600 bill that I felt should not be my responsibility (since I was not charged correctly at the initial visit), especially knowing that I would be spending another $4000 in January for the plan that we discussed to include the corrective Botox and jawline filler. Sadly, it seems that patients are numbers here. I guess I will be driving back across the Alley from now on to see my previous doctor in Ft. Lauderdale. I am sorry to have to leave this review. I prefer leaving good reviews, but after receiving a letter that I am now fired as a patient because I was not thrilled with the results and because I was charged for their error, I feel that others should know of my experience here.

I did 3 rounds of Morpheus almost a year ago. I was at the highest setting and had full face and…read moreneck done. When I went for the consultation, the woman, who is no longer there, said I would not need botox again since this procedure takes care of fine wrinkles and would help my neck bands and double chin. I decided Morpheus sounded perfect, even thought it was so expensive. When I went for my first session, the woman "no longer works here." I was bummed since I liked her, but didn't think anything else about it. Upon my 3rd treatment, I met with someone there about not seeing any results, and we looked at my before and now pics and we both obviously did not see any difference (although the picture was taken in different lighting, but still, it was very obvious. I already had nice skin, just wanted this to help with my neck and jowels overall, and since I wouldn't need Botox anymore, figured it would be worth it). I was told NuView would contact me in 3 months to do a one-time free Morpheus with a newer, more powerful machine (the woman stated I would just tip the aesthetician). I was never contacted, and I didn't want to reach out because I already thought this was a waste of money and time. Now that I at least 6 months after my last treatment, I am still not happy. I still need to go for botox and my pores are still large. My neck bands and chin look no different. Overall, I have no idea what I paid for except the pain of the machine, which I had a very high tolerance for and wanted the highest setting to get the best results. Update: I had a consultation after I decided to discuss that they said I could do the free Morpheus but I thought an alternative would be better since the Morpheus didn't seem to do anything. At this consultation was told the only way to get rid of my extra neck skin would be liposuction but they could also try a treatment that would help with my areas of concern and quoted me at $4400! I just figured I'd have to accept the loss and deceit. I think they could have taken money off of what was paid due to no results and being told Morpheus would take care of my problem areas and hyped it up so I would pay for the expensive treatment. Would not go back. Go to Elite.

I had my credit card on file with the Spa. I was stuck in traffic due to an accident on I 75. I…read morecalled the front desk to notify them. I also called to let them know. ETA was. They told me not to worry that they would hold my appointment. I did make the appointment... They did see me... Yet they charge me $50 on my credit card unbeknownst to me as a no-show appointment. Which they refused to refund my credit card. The whole point of my appointment was to come back in two weeks and if anything needed to be done, it would be done with no additional cost. The girl had come out and told me that it would be an additional $200. I declined the $200 fee she wanted to charge. I had owned my own salon and day spa for 28 years. I never did business this way. I will never go to these spinoffs/wannabe dermatology spas. Since this upsetting situation and fraud on my credit card, I have made an appointment and am back with my dermatologist with whom I have had an established relationship for 10 years. His staff is extremely professional, and I have never dealt with anything like this before. Only reason why I tried something new was the commute. I will NOT make that mistake ever again. I will take the drive and stick with the professionals... The Doctors! I do NOT and would NOT ever recommend Nuview Medspa to anyone. $$$$$$$$$$$$
