Important to note that my item was not purchased from DoTradeshow. Regardless, Katie spend a load of time with me - figured out what part was needed and what size - and even made/sent me an instructional video - to make sure that I knew what was needed and how to install it. Before I could order with DoTradeshow, my own marketing team was able to give me a replacement pole that that had acquired for my size display - but the level of care, expertise, and genuine service I received from Katie left a lasting impression. When the time comes for me to create or purchase any trade show display products in the future, I won't hesitate to go straight to DoTradeshow. I requested for Geoff at Voice Solutions to stop my service. He refused to cancel the service, stating that he was the required vendor for all franchisees in the brand. I again requested him to stop the service, letting him know that I was willing to take it up with the brand myself due to his high cost. He refused again. He only recently lowered his prices. I am upset and angry that he overcharged me and refused to cancel his service with me when I asked him to. Also, the quality of the music isn't very good, we have had numerous customer complaints about the sound quality and the type of music played, However, we are forced to use him.
