I am not one to normally complain but I had no choice in this matter. Last Monday (2-9-15) I…read morecalled up Phoenix Web Design of Minnesota about doing a website project I was really excited about. The owner called me back and I explained to her my idea. She and her colleague seemed very interested in working with me. I even asked if they would be interested in working together on this project. I shared with them a URL so they could see a mockup of my website and design. Christie, the owner, asked if it would be okay if they call me back later that afternoon. I said that would be fine. I did not hear from them later that day at all. The next day about noon I called Christie's phone number which went to voice mail. I asked her to call me back. Still, nothing. I called later that day and still, nothing. The next day I called her colleague, Rocky and asked her to just give me a courtesy call at least or an estimate for the work I requested. I heard nothing. Every day the rest of the week I called and could not reach anyone. Later in the week I left an urgent email asking for someone to get back to me. NOTHING. I have no idea why a company would treat a prospective client like this. To some extent, I feel violated or even victimized in the sense that my website idea may have been stolen and that they may implement my design concepts in the future. I would caution anyone with a start up idea to think twice before approaching this company. At this point, until I get some kind of explanation, I highly question this company's professional integrity; and at the very least, it lacks in customer service and common courtesy.
