She was enrolled in a week of theater and multiple weeks of art instruction with a wide array of art classes to choose from. With an artshow each Friday, we enjoyed the opportunity to see the the kids amazing artwork on display. We ended up with multiple frame-worthy pieces, one of which the clerk at the frame shop said she'd never have guessed was created by a 6 year old, it was that good. My daughter had a great time, the staff was fantastic, they offered before and after care which was critical for us working full time and we were incredibly pleased by the overall experience. We re-enrolled for February vacation, are planning for summer camp, and see ourselves as lasting patrons for the years to come.

Run-a-muck was highly recommended to us as the "best in Salem/Danvers", and was 1 of 2 preschools recommended by my PEDIATRICIANS office for my son. However, after contacting through their website, them via email, it was like pulling teeth to get any information. I still have no clue how much it would cost - and I asked about tuition 3 times! Finally, I requested that Valerie (the lady in Salem that was not giving me any information besides that they had a wait list, and only accept full days/weeks students) to give me the name, address, and phone number of someone in Danvers. I was given a name (Gretchen), and a phone number that was disconnected. She also stated that she forwarded my emails to her. When Gretchen emailed me, it was basically the same information - Please let me know what questions you have....yet nothing had been answered. In her defense, I didn't bother to respond. I'd already made up my mind, thanks to Valerie and her lack of information. Needles to say, this has left a very poor impression on me. I don't want to seems my child to a place that can't even figure out how to give information out to inquiring parents. If you are looking for someplace that refuses to answer questions, this is your place. I'd you want to know the ins and outs, and *gasp* talk to a real person...keep looking.

He has never been bit, hit, pushed, shoved or hurt in any other way except for accidents on the play ground, such as a skinned knee. Even when this happened, the school called me right away to let me know and I was given an incident report when I picked him up. But kids will be kids, so I expect him to get hurt, I did when I was a kid! The staff are very attentive, friendly, helpful and great teachers. My son can now count to ten in three languages (four if you include English) and he tells us amazing facts that he learns at school. I highly recommend Run A Muck!

I recently completed the Digital Marketing Certificate at AGI. It was a fantastic experience and…read morethe quality of training far exceeded my expectations. Instructors: The certificate has various classes (Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, Wordpress, HTML, etc.) and different instructors teaching each one. I liked the style of each instructor and how patient they were when I or other students got lost or missed something. They never made us feel like we were left behind. The days were long and intense and most of us couldn't wait to be able to apply our new skills in our jobs and projects. The instructors even mentioned that we could reach out to them long after classes were over to ask them questions that may come up in our work in the future. I think this is such a great benefit that the school provides. Facilities: Super clean, awesome breakfast treats and coffee, and a cafeteria next door. If you are coming for a one or two day class, you can just buy lunch next door. If you are coming for a month long program like I did, I suggest packing your lunch. Computers and software are all new and up to date. Career Coaching: During the certificate program, they set me up with a career counselor who helped me tweak my resume and sent me various job opportunities. The school has been around for a while and has really good connections to lots of local companies. This is a huge plus if you want to take the course to get a job afterwards. Location: The train station is about a 15 minute walk from the school. It's not a bad commute at all. All in all, I highly recommend the classes and school. I can see myself doing another certificate program here in the future.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth and professionalism that is truly unparalleled. The kindness and dedication of the staff, combined with an outstanding academic curriculum, make this school absolutely a 10 in every aspect. Our kids always come home happy, nurtured, and full of stories about their day. The nurturing environment at Little Hands Big Hearts has helped them develop not just academically, but emotionally and socially as well. By the time they reached pre-kindergarten, they had acquired excellent skills that made them more than ready for kindergarten. We are forever grateful to Jo Anne and all the amazing teachers and staff at Little Hands Big Hearts for their exceptional service and patience, love, and care for our children. This school has set a strong foundation for their future education and development, and we could not have asked for a better start for our kids. Ms. Helen was flexible in her approach, adjusting the level of work based on the complexity of the assignments and amount of time spent on homework. We were also able to adjust the schedule when life happened so our daughter did not miss out. I would also add the location is perfect, nestled in the heart of downtown Reading. Parents can support local stores (food, drink, bookstore) or complete errands (next to a bank, short walk to USPS and CVS) while their child learns. The math journey does not end for several more years. It's reassuring to know we have a place to go if the curriculum becomes overwhelming (and beyond parental knowledge!). We highly recommend Kumon of Reading for anyone wanting to help their kids to get ahead, catch up or simply to develop a habit of learning.

Yes your son will learn more than he needs to know, but without a doubt it comes at a price (not to mention $16,000). I hate the administration. They just are not very good. For instance, today they fired a teacher who was probably the best in the entire school. It was ugly and it occured in the middle of the school year. I consider that disgraceful. The athletics are top notch, and so if your son is an athlete you might consider St. John's. Overall, I would've given three stars, but after today's disgraceful and ugly firing, I have to give only two. It just reinforces my previous belief that the adminstration is incompetent. Not to mention many of the teachers are absolutely horrible to their students, (i.e. teachers giving kids the finger, calling them names, etc.) My youngest son will not be attending.
