Sullivan Tutoring has been an instrumental part of our children's test taking experience. We have four children all of whom have used Sullivan Tutoring. Each child's SAT, SAT II and ACT scores improved after their tutoring sessions. Each one of our kids took something different away from their sessions. Not only did they get a better understanding of the test content, but Scott and Katie also gave them test taking skills that they would never have received on their own. As far as scheduling tutoring sessions, we never had any issues coordinating schedules and Scott is very aware of how busy kids are these days and was always accommodating. My family loved working with Scott Sullivan and his team. Both of my children used Sullivan Tutoring to prepare for the SATs, ACTs and subject tests. The office is very professionally run -- the tutors were always on time, the office is clean and comfortable, and they take Visa! My children connected very well with the tutors who all seem to really enjoy working with teenagers. Both of my kids increased their scores by several hundred points and my son had two 800 perfect scores. In addition, both kids learned how to be better writers during the process (our school system doesn't seem to teach basic grammar!). The staff and instructors at Sullivan Tutoring are top notch. My first two daughters attended multiple sessions prior to taking the SATs and ACTs. The tutoring provided them with confidence going into the test and taught them strategies on how to best approach the test. Katie at Sullivan Tutoring tutored my daughter for the Reading and Writing sections of the SAT test. She attended 4 sessions of 1.5 hours and her scores drastically improved. My husband and I where very happy with our decision to have our daughter be tutored by Kate & Scott at Sullivan tutoring. Grace had 10 sessions and was extremely happy right from the start she felt they where very knowledgeable and really gave her the tools needed to problem solve.Grace had most of her sessions with Kate, the English tutor,who made her feel comfortable right from the start.
