No internet lights in modem dying then coming on etc etc also I have a landline phone connected so eventually the help line said" buy new modem" I went to Spark Willis Street bought new modem $199 still dropped in and out so next they said " buy new landline phone" I was very very apprehensive as when ai bought new modem Spark said if it didn't work they would take it back...as it made no difference I took it back next day they refused to refund as they said it worked in their Willis Street store ‍ it did not work in my home just like the modem I already had. I arranged for a Tech expert to come. he said not your phone it's a Spark technical problem! a neighbour in an apartment below had same problem. I took the phone I bought from Harvey Normal Tory Street back today..instant refund!!! not one question just smiles and help. Harvey Norman could teach Spark a thing or two. Edmund, Zoe, and Aaron were all very patient, kind, and knowledgable as we tried to replace our microwave, printer, blender, air filters and more. I have bought 3 pcs/laptops from here and basically all items have been usuable from the moment of purchase. They were not cheap purchases either: one HP Pavillion all in one PC; HP Probook and a surface laptop 7. They were unusable within purchase; less than a year and within a week respectively. To top it off, their customer service is extremely rude and dismissive. They will ghost you for a month and then claim that you didn't return the items within 7 days despite this never being offered as an option. Save your money and stay far away
