They addressed the issues I asked them to (battery replacement and hard drive check) and did a complimentary operating system upgrade. Everything was well priced, well communicated, and done quickly. From the same distance from our router I did a test using a friends ipad and ours: - Friends ipad 3 bars - full strength - Our ipad after apple guy had it - 1 bar of connectivity Another test from a location further away - Friends ipad - 2 bars of connectivity - Our ipad after apple guy had it - no connectivity We contacted Rewiti from the apple guy and explained that since his replacement to the glass the ipad had lost significant signal strength. He picked it up, we didn't hear from him for quite some time, about 2 weeks or so. When we finally got it back there was no difference, it still hadn't been fixed. He now wont pickup when we call and hasn't yet returned any of our messages we've left on his answer service. I was tempted to have a go at fixing myself but after seeing how delicate a repair it was I decided to leave it to a professional. Unfortunately 'The Apple Guy Ltd' is far from professional - While fixing our screen issue they broke the wi-fi connectivity - When returning for the 2nd time, still wasnt fixed - and took forever to get it back - No receipt or invoice was supplied upon payment - Wont return calls and now hides from his responsibility of putting right what he broke

They would not even fix it after I had spent $200+ with them for the job beforehand (screen replacement). To be fair on them the screen replacement was very fast but they are not reliable as my phone fully broke down after I had the screen replaced when there were no problems with the phone beforehand.
