They were not cheap purchases either: one HP Pavillion all in one PC; HP Probook and a surface laptop 7. They were unusable within purchase; less than a year and within a week respectively. To top it off, their customer service is extremely rude and dismissive. They will ghost you for a month and then claim that you didn't return the items within 7 days despite this never being offered as an option. Save your money and stay far away
