Yup so back in their circus. Last month my prescription was 5 days late and was told first come first serve. The app is useless because my medication is a controlled substance. And people wonder why some folks turn to the street for their medication. I wouldn't do that but I certainly understand why some do.

I stop at this Shell station/7-Eleven (formerly a Tedeschi Food Shop) since it's conveniently located off I-93 Exit 5, easy off-easy on most of the time (the left turn out can be tricky during peak times). This 24 hour convenience store/gas station offers the standard convenience store items including snacks, candy, cold drinks, limited grocery items, newspapers, magazines, lottery tickets, smokes, plus a full service deli counter (and grab & go items-I get a ham & cheese sub and a potato salad!) and a Honey Dew Donuts counter (I like their baked goods, coffee okay). The gas prices here used to be stable before it was taken over by 7-Eleven, usually not the cheapest gas prices in the area, competitive pricing with the other two gas stations on the other side of I-93.
