We had been referred to her from a real estate attorney, Todd Heise (of Heise and Heise LLC), and could not have been more pleased. She had an offer within 2 days, worked on our behalf during some extremely intense back and forth with the buyers, and was able to close on the property within 2 months. She's professional, VERY knowledgeable when it comes to understanding the markets, and sets expectations so there are no surprises throughout the process. Whether you're a buyer, seller, or investor it would be in your best interests to call her to see how she can help you. Simply put, when the time arrives where I will need a real estate broker again, she is definitely the person I will be using again.

She filled me in on all of the neighborhoods and helped me find the one that was best for me. She had access to so many houses when they first came on the market, which was great. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything and was able to answer all of our 500 questions a day. We also had a lot of fun working with her and her great personality. We looked forward to hanging out with her driving around Baltimore looking for a house! I continue to recommend Suzie to friends in the area, and know we will be turning back to her when it's time to move.

After dealing with my bank I felt like a cat that had survived an encounter with a huge tree trunk shredder. The finale' to the home buying process is often a trip to the Title Company a dour somber lifeless signing of page after page of documents. First and foremost you want those documents done right. Next you want every i dotted and every t crossed, double checked and verified before you sign. Universal Title does this as a matter of routine leaving nothing to chance. Next you want things done quickly so you can move on with your life. Again Universal Title moves quickly but never in ways that are sloppy or slipshod. So what is the Universal Title difference that earns them my five start rating. THE ANSWER Universal Title is sensitive to the unique needs of their clients to the degree it is possible to be. You see I am autistic. I'm successful enough to buy an upgraded home of my own. My dealing with the bank was a horribly painful affair. By the time I got to closing I was a wreck. Everything that could go wrong did despite me having a strong loan. Universal Title met me where I was. Universal Title was sensitive enough to give me a closing experience that accounted for my unique autistic way of processing the closing situation without in any way compromising the intregrity of the closing process during a pandemic no less. Their name is Universal Title but, when it came to service, response to my needs and attention to detail during every aspect of my closing. I felt like I was the most important customer Universal Title was serving. My thanks to everyone at Universal Title in White Marsh and Towson. From WOLF Canis Lupus!

From day one, he truly listened to our needs and gave thoughtful recommendations about what would be a good long-term investment versus what might end up being a money pit. He wasn't the type to push for a quick sale--in fact, he pointed out property damage and issues we might've missed on our own, which really built our trust. He stood out among all the other real estate agents we attempted working with. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we ended up getting our top-choice home in just eight days! The process was seamless from start to finish. Even recently, when we needed to relocate, Peter offered to help us find renters and has continued to be supportive. We'll absolutely be working with him again when it's time to sell. As first time home buyers, we felt we got amazing value for the services provided. Highly recommend Peter and the Red Cedar Real Estate team for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, genuine, and reliable agent.

The best way to describe Peter and Red Cedar is high touch, white glove - concierge service. Peter knew the market and had a powerful team of equally adept realty professionals. Nothing happened without Peter's knowledge and he always focused on what was best for us: Initially meeting through closing. Here's where the professionalism goes to another level - Peter builds relationships with his clients, throws mixers, and checked up on us a couple of times per year. And, he DIDN'T ASK US FOR THE NEXT DEAL each time he subtly checked in on us over 5 years! He and his team cares about you - long term not just to get a sale. After 5 years of relationship building, we called Peter and the Red Cedar team for support. He came over. We completed representation paperwork, his AMAZING 360 degree Ariel and interior video/photography genius turned up and transformed our house into a buyer's beacon that sold our home within 24-48 hours of posting - FULL PRICE OFFER!!!! This is Red Cedar - all day long. After getting an offer, Peter and his team coordinate every document, appointment, and follow-up like a well oiled machine. The signing appointment was completely painless without any hiccups in the paperwork or payout - again, Peter and Red Cedar are professionals and the service providers (Ex. Title Company) were exceptional too. Thanks Peter and Red Cedar for your exemplary support, education, and caring over 5 years!

I cannot speak highly enough my agent, Robert Leininger, who is with Real Estate Professionals!…read moreRobert was my agent when I bought my house in Hampden (Baltimore City) 9 years ago, and he is my agent again now as I put my home on back on the market! Robert goes the extra mile so that you can take it easy, and just let the process happen worry-free! Don't be stressed; Robert has thought of everything and has every angle covered! (And his rates are more than reasonable!) Robert is a true professional -- detail-oriented, attentive, honest, knowledgable, kind and super-trustworthy. He has done an excellent job marketing my home -- creating a beautiful listing on his site, and posting attractive advertisements on all the main sites (and then some). He is attentive to any communication about my home whether it's from me or prospective buyers. He responds to my emails/calls within minutes (day/night/weekend), and his responses are always thorough and thoughtful. Robert is very pro-active, and always actively thinking of variables that may affect buyers/sellers (interest rates, market trends, weather, etc). He facilitated the purchase of my home at a time when the market was quite competitive for a great price! (The sellers then commented that Robert offered "the most professional contract" of all the agents.) Now, as a seller, I see that Robert is just as amazing as a seller's agent as he is as a buyer's agent. Further, this guy's character can't be beat -- when I locked myself out of my home on a weekend winter night, he was there in a dash, letting me back in so I wouldn't have to pay for a locksmith. He even volunteers helping stray cats at the animal shelter on weekends! People like Robert are rare; agents like Robert are even more rare. The saddest part of selling my home won't be saying good-bye to the home, but saying good-bye to Robert.
