The inside is definitely a lot nicer and something you wouldn't expect from seeing the outside for sure. I'm pretty picky when it comes to hair, but what girl isn't. Carmen was awesome. She thoroughly explained every step she made and did suggestions on hair products that i could get to maintain my hair. She definitely lightened my hair as much as possible without destroying it. My hair is literally black by the way, so to go blonde as she did without completely destroying it in one sitting is impressive. Goal is eventually a grey color but had to go blonde first, the balayage she did looks amazing. Honestly if I wasn't planning on going grey for the winter I would be so happy keeping my balayage as is. Honestly I don't think pricing was that bad, I personally think that it's reasonable for what she did. Balayage prices start at 65 but honestly I've paid more and it doesn't come out as great. So I'd have to say pricing is reasonable. Can't wait to return for the final look in two weeks.

She didn't do the style the way i wanted she messed up my hair and will not fix it and lied and said i never calles when i did. i still have the information on my phone of the day and time . the so called owner said she was there all day which i called many times and left a message and they never called me back i called today and she said i have to wait until next year january 18th and today is dec. 15th smfh i got my hairdone for the holidays it took me awhile to save up to get my hairdone because i have been depressed. it is sad and pathethic that a this business takes advantage of someone who is disable, attending school, and works part time and recieves ssi . to take advantage of me . now, my hair looks horrible. i have to keep my hair up in a ponytail because if i put my hair down it looks stupid. i strongly suggest you don't step foot in this place . sincerely a serious dissatisfied customer.
