When we got to the surgery center, they did not know about it And probably won't be sending any more patients there if maintenance knew about it. Being female, it's nice to park near the hotel entrance, and if not, it's nice to park by big bright lights at night if far from entrance. The lights weren't bright and few available. That was a lie! I got through to them within five minutes. She also claimed that many Wyndham affiliated hotels don't allow cats. Also a lie. I called ahead to two remaining booked hotels claiming to be pet friendly and they were for both cats & dogs. I had to cancel the reservation, fighting to make sure I wasn't going to be charged a cancellation fee, and book another hotel that was actually Pet Friendly as stated on their website. I was lucky they had rooms available.

The people that work there's now how to run an apartment complex, keep it nice, and because of that they charge a well deserved premium in the Laramie rental market. They fix machines that break. They shovel the walk. They are willing to go the extra mile to help you. They maintain the property. And the heating isn't much of an issue. There is one problem though. You will not get your deposit back. Between the fees you are charged per the lease agreement and the stuffed up "cleaning" bill that you have to pay them to do, you'll be lucky if you get half of your deposit back.
