They didn't realize it had happed until a short while later. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the cashier who sold me the ticket, but she informed my server, Kat, who then informed me. Between the two of them, they made an attempt to accommodate me by providing a machine that would provide me with the captioning for the movie. Kat also made sure to apologize to me multiple times. Although the apology was not needed, it was much appreciated. I just decided to pay for my food and my beer, and then exchange my ticket for another movie in English. I had a great friendly conversation with both employees and couldn't be happier with my experience. I would like to thank the management for the professionalism you've instilled in your employees.
