Delicious gf breakfast sandwich
Elisabeth P.

This was such a great find when we were headed out camping last weekend that we visited twice! First, we were on a wait list for lunch at a nearby restaurant, and we just stumbled upon this place while walking around. The premade croissant and bagel sandwiches and gluten-free cookies had our attention. We stopped by after lunch and snagged some delicious coffee/teas and packed some sandwiches and gf cookies for the backpack trip. The cookies were great, and while I actually could have had a gf sandwich, I didn't, but my pals loved them. On the drive back, we caught brunch here. Everyone raved about what they got, and I dug into my gf cheese and egg bagel with a salsa side. Cute little shop, but it definitely gets hot as it's pretty small. The people making the food and taking orders were so nice despite being hot and slammed with orders. Can't wait to visit again next time we drive through.

We got the breakfast bagel and breakfast panini! Amazing food! Would definitely recommend The inside of the coffee shop is also very nice.

Very very cute and beautiful cafe. They had great coffee - that taste and smells like coffee. It's a very creative place. The decor is so cute, the vibes of this place were great. They were closing soon, and we were informed about it, but we needed to sit and have a cup of coffee. The chocolate muffin were so nice and fluffy. Loved everything about this place. Highly recommend.

Wow! We loved this place so much we came 3 days in a row while visiting the Olympic Peninsula! You order at the counter and pick up your food when called, so no server...Two days I got the PB&J power bowl, but today I got the skinny greens smoothie and a bagel. Today Paul tried the avocado toast- they open @ 6am compared to other places in the area, we're able to get in and out quickly... we like the ambiance of the building, and the healthy options! We wish we had this back home!

You've made an excellent choice, if you are thinking about coming here. It's an absolutely perfectly sized coffee shop, it reeks of family run goodness, and the food there is made right. I stopped in for Coffee and a Sandwich, on our way to the coast, and we were hungry. My wife needs good coffee, and I need about the same, but with a sandwich. We can in (pandemic timing), everyone was masked, and everything was clean. What more can you ask for here. We walked away with some delicious food, my sandwich a Cubano inspired sandwiched. It was toasted right, crusty but soft inside.. the meat juices giving the bread some extra umph. The food itself was calling for me, to just take bites, and it was salty, savory good. The Coffee, also tasty, the right amount of flavor, and for me, the right type of flavor. Would I come back here again, yes. It's good, and you should make this one of your must go to place, if you live or pass through this area.

This is a COVID-era review. Stopped by here to grab a quick bite before going through Olympic National Park For the menu, first thing I noticed was that the prices are very reasonable (avocado toast for 4.50?!). But after getting the food, it's definitely a smaller portion. Nothing wrong with that though! The food was still excellent and I enjoyed it. Everything came out fresh and you can see them prepare it. The best part about this place is the decor. I love that this establishment is shared with a gym and the decor is weighlifting inspired. You can see pictures on the wall. There is a lot of seating downstairs and I love the upstairs seating area. Note that the upstairs area is sometimes reserved for the gym members. There is one restroom so keep an eye for it. Overall, great place to stop by and take a break!

Giving it a 4 because the staff were friendly and I loved the ambiance and views of the harbor from the top nook area. I could sit up there in the warm sun all day! Coffee and food was standard. There wasn't anything special about it. The avocado on the toast tasted like the prepackaged Costco guacamole, but the egg was fresh. Coffee was a little watery, I like it really strong! 3/5 on coffee & food 4/5 on service & ambiance

This is a great coffee spot with above average food. The staff is friendly, especially the early morning person. This was totally my coffee spot until they decided to turn the loft into a members only area for members of the gym next door. Members only coffee seating? In Port Angeles? This makes me miss my Seattle spot with used furniture and no business class section. Oh well, hopefully they'll figure things out.

Okay, I love this place. We really, really need a place like this in Bellevue. My boyfriend found this spot, as it serves coffee, protein shakes, juices, etc. It wasn't what I expected, for it was way cooler! We walked over to The Coffee Box after lunch to see what kind of drinks they offered. We ended up ordering a drink with BCAA for some muscle recovery. Random, right? Well, it's because this place is a coffee shop next to their gym/fitness studio, which we learned once we visited. While my boyfriend was ordering I saw the open door to the gym and the owner said that I could walk around and look inside. So freaking cool! The gym is an open space with many different weights, accessories and machines to get you in shape. It seemed like a fun place to get a hard workout. Some people were in there working out when I visited. The owner mentioned that they do group classes and offer time to their members where they can work out on their own. The concept of the coffee shop is so that after working out, the members can enjoy refreshments and socialize afterwards. They even have special hours when they're open for members only! Genius. The owners also told us how they renovated the space and showed us old photos of what it looked like before. They were very friendly and warm, which made us return the following morning for breakfast. They had me again at acai bowls. My boyfriend and I each ordered a peanut butter acai bowl, which was awesome. They make it with whey protein, which is what we needed before hiking around the Olympic National Park. Plus, they use Stumptown Coffee, which we're fans of. If I lived around here this would be my gym and coffee shop. I just love how this is so community-oriented, making a space for their members and the public to enjoy. Thank you, The Coffee Box!

Friendly smiles, good coffee, and tasty treats. Also a great view, wifi and several plugs for device charging if you want to get out of the office and work for a little while. Worked here for a few hours while waiting for the ferry. Would stop past again next trip!

The best breakfast place in port Angeles. We were in a group (7 people) and everyone was so happy with their order. We were super hungry as we left our hotel early in the morning to reach the Olympic National Park, and they didn't disappoint us at all. Their coffee was so good. It's an intimate place with nice ambience. The order didn't take much time to get ready and we were done in 45 mins with our bfast. A must visit place if you are around.

Vibey inside!

Solid avocado toast and coffee before catching the ferry. Nice atmosphere if a bit odd with the gym right there. Prices are reasonable.

This is my new favorite coffee shop in port Angeles granted I was only in port Angeles for 2 days…read moreand only tried two places BUT: I go to a lot of coffee shops in general and can confirm - this one had an EXCELLENT menu with a ton of options! I love floral drinks and I ended up getting two drinks a day because I liked the first one so much. The barista recommended it, it's called the "blueberry blossom" and it was one of their prior seasonal items that was no longer on the menu but they still made it. Basically it was a blueberry vanilla lavender matcha latte, made fog-style. I LOVE a London fog so I was jazzed to try another kind of fog and I TOTALLY dug it. I left my mom at this shop because I wanted to go do a hike in Olympic that I knew she couldn't tolerate, and she ended up getting a drink they recommended to her too - a breve mocha with coconut milk and almond flavor. They have a nice blue plush couch so she hung out for a couple hours there and when i came back to get her, I tried her drink and liked it so much I got one for myself! The baristas were also very sweet and working quickly, we were served in about 5 mins. This little shop is in a small outdoor mall area with a big car park; plenty of spots were available. It's unassuming from the outside but it's got decent seating inside, has lots of windows and light (good for studying, a couple folks were doing that), and it's open later than most other coffee shops in Port A (they didn't close until 7 the Monday we were there - it was perfect since I came back to pick up my mom around 6:30). Overall the next time I come back to port A when visiting Olympic, no question I'll be stopping here. I'm a big fan!

I ordered an oat milk latte, sausage breakfast burrito, and lemon poppyseed muffin. The latte was solid, not outstanding, but it was good. The burrito was fantastic. The muffin was fantastic. The decor and vibes in the place are super cozy and fun, and there is a decent amount of seating, though I'd imagine it can get pretty busy in there during peak hours. The two guys working when I was there were super friendly and prepared everything quickly. I only give this place 4 stars instead of 5 because I think it's overpriced. The latte was good but not worth how much they're charging. The burrito was great but it was $16, maybe should have been a few bucks cheaper. All that said, I still did enjoy my stop here and I do recommend it. Just maybe go for their non-espresso drinks. They have a huge selection of drinks and food so there are tons of cheaper options.

The wait time was a bit longer than expected as only the person who was making the drinks was also taking order. They did acknowledge the wait, so we didn't feel forgotten. Lots of options on the menu for about anythjng! From coffee/teas, to alcoholic bevs, bfast and lunch. We ordered, Into the Woods, which is a white mocha with huckleberry syrup. I am someone that likes a little more sweet in my coffee and the huckleberry syrup was a nice touch. Other coffee, was Bull of Woods- a straight shooter triple americano with cream and raw sugar. The frothiness of the milk/foam was great. Nice and dense. The sweet treat we decided on was the Scotcharoo- a rice crispy like bar with a layer of peanut butter and chocolate- 9/10! Taking a star off because, as we were waiting for our coffee, more people started to come in and the line was about 4 people waiting - while the person was making our coffee- there were two other staff that were there, behind the bar/register area but were talking..one person in line did leave during the duration of the wait-
