The Cocoa Bean is located in the Emerald Plaza section of the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. They offer coffee, espresso drinks, bottled water, sodas, and juices, bakes breakfast goods, fruit, oatmeal, sandwiches, and other stuff. I stopped in a couple of times for a double shot iced latte with whole milk and a bottle of water. The lattes were strong and delicious. Of course being in a resort - the prices are steeper than coffee shops NOT in resorts! I paid $9.59 for the latte! There is plenty of seating here just outside the doors - of course since it's located in an indoor atrium - it's inside but outside of The Cocoa Bean. Service was excellent! Prices not so much...

Very low quality, slow service. Incredibly overpriced. $4.95 for a cup of instant oatmeal? $7 for a reheated sandwich? Do not recommend.

They had a special of Tiramisu latte which just happens to be my favorite. I asked for it to not be too sweet & it was perfect! We also tried a pan de bono & quesito which unfortunately didn't last long enough to make it into the picture lol. They have nice outdoor seating for people watching. We will definitely come back when we are back in town.

I actually lived in Italy. I only mention it because I genuinely want to help you avoid wasting the substantial amount of money they charge for a tiramisu that definitely isn't worth it. Perhaps other cakes and pastries are better; I certainly hope so. But avoid the tiramisu! Lastly, I think it's disrespectful for a counter-service shop to ask customers for tips. There are literally millions of stores and shops where they merely hand you what you're buying and don't expect a tip. Because, let's be honest here, that's the most basic form of commerce... I pay you for something and you hand it to me. Period. You didn't even walk it out to a table, you didn't do anything else other than hand me what I paid for. That doesn't warrant a tip! How is it that millions of other shops selling millions of other products understand that yet some shops selling food related items feel entitled to a tip for merely handing you what you've bought???

This is a true 5 review…read more My husband had emergency surgery while we were on vacation and we ended up in Celebration. I had scoped out New York Bakery Boys as a good option for breakfast or lunch (not hard to beat hospital food). The only challenge is the location. Because it's in downtown Celebration, parking is not easy. My map took me about a 4-minute walk away, but I think you can get closer. The main roads are blocked off to cars, it Bakery Boys isn't. Staff were so friendly and kind! (Maybe not authentic New Yorkers lol.) There were lots of fun snacks from Japan and China and then some items from Italy. I got a New York Classic breakfast sandwich, which was a fried egg, American cheese and meat of my choice (I chose bacon) and I chose the garlic bagel (highly recommend). It was $8.99. I am not exaggerating when I say this was the best breakfast bagel sandwich I've ever had! And I'm a breakfast bagel sandwich aficionado. The bagel made it so flavorful with the crunchy garlic. The American cheese was a surprise joy. Definitely come here for breakfast!

Everything was so good and fresh, one of the best ham, egg and cheese bagels I've found here. They put an appropriate amount of cream cheese, the eggs are fresh not just frozen patties tossed in the microwave and the ham was seared a bit. I also got a caramel iced coffee, nothing to write home about but the coffee didn't taste burnt or acidic so a win is a win. I got the mini cannoli as well, nice crispy shell and solid filling. It tasted a bit stale so maybe they can look into different storage for them but all in all a nice treat. They lose a star just for service, many people were chatting behind the counter and ignoring me for a solid few minutes before someone came over. They were friendly in our interactions but not a great introduction!
