While the music may be loud, it perfectly matches the energy because this place is on fire. As I'm sitting here writing this review, there are about ten people working behind the counter, and not a single one is wasting a motion. Every team member is locked in, working in complete unison. Names are being called out rapidly, drinks are flying out, and the whole operation runs like a well-oiled machine. What really stands out is how that efficiency translates to happy customers. Even with it being 40 degrees outside, people are smiling, moving through quickly, and clearly impressed by how smoothly everything runs. This location is my go-to it is right on my way to everywhere I go mostly work but the baristas are fantastic maybe because I go here so often a lot of them know me by name which makes me feel like one of the team. If I get something that isn't right they will make it right. Well this location is highly tourist they work very hard to get people in and out as quickly as possible. I don't have the tendency to sit and enjoy my drinks but when I do they have a nice outdoor patio when the weather is not so hot and it's a great place to just relax and chat. My very favorite food item happens to be the fruit and cheese box which sometimes becomes my lunch when I'm short on time. I definitely wish they would bring back the key lime bars but that sadly is a corporate thing and maybe if they read this they'll make my dreams come true. My last thing I want to say is please be kind your baristas they work hard to make delicious drinks for you and sometimes it can be a simple as just a kind word and a kind gesture they have to deal with a lot enjoy your coffee or tea and have a great day. read more

A Falltastic Starbucks Experience at The Loop! Our recent visit to the Starbucks at The Loop was nothing short of autumn magic! We've tried the fall drinks a few times in the past, and while they're usually good, this time they absolutely nailed it. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew was perfection -- smooth, rich, and bursting with cozy fall flavor. It tasted like stepping right into a crisp autumn breeze! To make it even better, the pumpkin muffin came out warm, soft, and delicious -- the perfect pairing for our drinks. The barista (whose name I wish I remembered!) was so kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. You could tell he took pride in making sure everything was just right. Quick, easy, and downright delicious -- this was easily a Top 10 Starbucks experience for us. We'll definitely be returning soon for another fall-tastic pumpkin fix. The location was extremely slow, but the staff was very nice and accommodating when I asked about the drinks. I had been waiting around 20 minutes when I brought this up, and they offered a full refund as well as making me the drinks I ordered. From their coffee mugs, Tervis cups, butterfly collection, secret menu, to their mints, bacon gouda sandwich, cake pops, frappuccinos, lattes, cold brew, pup-acinos, and everything (Lol). Even though you can't go in anymore, and enjoy the ambiance, rubbing elbows with others on their laptops, and the Starbucks crew, you can still drive up to the window, and meet, and talk to one of the nicest drive-thru people. They are always smiling, and they make you feel like part of the family, whether you frequent that specific store, or a different one. I místakenly mobile ordered for pick-up at a different location but came here to pick up. Once the order is shown to the barista, she happily made it for me. The quality of drinks is below average at best. The food is average also - with the exception of breakfast sandwiches - those are pretty good- especially the impossible sandwich - and as such this is what I will buy when I am running about and in need of sustenance. They are awful with food allergies - many products containing nuts. The condition of the outdoor patio was terrible - trash, cups, napkins - and if the homeless guy with the dog who lives on your patio makes a smart-ass comment to me like he did, you will quickly be finding out about it. The restroom was filthy. Torn toilet paper, nasty toilet (piss all over the seat) and nasty sink (looked like someone had shaved over the sink.) Normally I drive-through - but went inside today. We have not been to this location in quite some time but we're passing by and my oldest wanted a coffee. This one is actually set up with access much better than some we have been to based on the lines that can form at their locations. when we got here the line wasn't too long and they processed it very quickly. Yet another review for a SBUX... and a 5 star review too! The location couldn't be better, it's close to Disney and it's open 24 hours. We usually stay at a hotel on Hwy 192 just down the street from this location and it's perfect. I can grab my fix both on the way to Disney and at 1 or 2am when we are coming back from Disney. This is a very large location. A plethora of seating both indoors and outdoors. There is a large covered patio outdoors complete with ceiling fans. Even when it's busy, you still shouldn't have trouble finding a comfortable place to sit. Of course, there's free Wifi. I'm always in and out, so I haven't used the seating, but it's nice to know it's there if I ever do need it. My order has always been correct and I've never had a long wait to get my drink. The baristas are fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. There are always plenty of fresh food choices available even in the middle of the night. There's no drive-thru, but there's plenty of parking available. Love this SBUX! Wish there was one near my home open 24 hours. Then again, maybe it's a good thing there isn't! :D read more

Tonight I went to this Starbucks and my drinks were terrible.. they tasted like the espresso sat there for 10 minutes before they made my drink... I thought about going inside to get them remade but the 2 people that worked tonight have both been rude to me in the past and I didn't feel like getting into it with them. I went down the street to the Starbucks near the Walmart and the person behind the counter was so sweet and remade my drinks and they tasted 100% better then the garbage I got at this location. If you're that mad that you work at Starbucks that you're rude to every guest and make drinks that horribly you may want to look into another profession or get a college degree so you can sit in an office somewhere away from the service industry.. read more

Occasionally, they're so slammed that I get there and have had to wait 7-10 minutes for my mobile order, but it doesn't happen often. Clean and the staff is friendly. Some reviewers have complained about the service but it was great the day I was there. I saw five folks working behind the counter, all working full-bore, Starbucks-style. This was at 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. on a Thursday morning, pouring down rain and very busy. I enjoyed a pleasant cappuccino in a china cup on the patio before leaving Orlando. I usually prefer a local coffee shop to a chain but they're pretty difficult to find when traveling. I just want to take a minute to talk about my experience here today. First off, every day that I've come here I've been treated with nothing but the upmost respect and professionalism. And today I witnessed a person being beyond rude and disrespectful and the employee handled it with such class that it needs to be known. I was in the drive thru around 6:45 in the morning. The car in front of me was yelling at the employee for an issue with her drink but HAD NOT EVEN RECEIVED HER DRINK YET. So she really was just yelling to be a very bad word that I'll exclude from this review. The employee, Sarah, apologized and was trying to calm the lady. The lady got her drink and immediately handed it back saying she didn't get her "extra 2 shots" and Sarah didn't argue, just did what needed to be done to make the customer happy. Never in my life have I wanted to get out of my car and yell at someone until I heard the way this lady spoke to your employee for NO REASON. And Sarah deserves a raise for how well she handled that situation. It's Mother's Day for someone to treat another person like that is beyond wrong. I hope you see this crazy lady because you need therapy. Moral of the story, this Starbucks employee went above and beyond the call of duty to maintain professionalism and an extremely disrespectful situation. Beyond impressed by the staff here. When you move away for a year, and the first day you walk back in..you hear "Joe's back!!"....you cannot give a place any less than five stars. This place earns five stars based on the service. The team that is working here, has in large part, been here for years. They know the customers. They engage the customers. They are usually running with the "A" team, meaning you will not necessarily want to kill yourself when you walk in the door and see the line is about as long as Space Mountain. ..With that being said, Neva recently turned me on to the mobile ordering app. WOW!! I feel like a VIP baller each time I walk in the door for coffee on my way to work. I get in my car (5 minutes away), place my order, and walk in the door and grab it. Envy ensues...but I don't care. Whenever I'm staying at the hotel next door, I am at this Starbucks daily to get my morning coffee. It is operated like a well-oiled machine. All of the employees are friendly and accomodating. I've ordered the traditional way (AKA standing in line) and mobile ordering. Both are easy and painless. I think that this remains the only starbucks in the area with a large covered patio, which is great during the rainy season in Florida. First of all, I LOVE STARBUCKS! Second of all, yesterday was FREE PASTRY DAY! Third of all, my super good friend is now a supervisor here! That aside, I still had a wonderful experience there. So I've been trying to cut down on my Starbucks fix but I cannot turn down free...The only catch with "FREE PASTRY" was that you needed to purchase a beverage, which I would have gotten anyway going into Starbucks. Maybe I was lucky that I got there 20 minutes before the free pastry promo was done but there were so many people working I don't know how they got around each other. The baristas all worked together very well but they screwed up my drink order...I got a Grande instead of the Tall that I ordered. Not that I complained, It was a screw up in my favor. I ordered my norm, Craramel Frappacchino (did I spell that right?) and my free pastry I got a cinnamon crumb cake. I proceeded to run into a friend so we sat at the little bar and just watched people work. It was such a neat experience because I never stop to just watch what goes on behind the counter. I give all those ladies and gentlemen props for getting orders out so quick. I also noticed the amount of folks that just leave the counter and don't pay attention to their orders when they are ready. After enjoying about an hour with said friend chit chatting, I had to get moving. On my way out to say good-bye to my friend who works here she was telling me how no one got a cupcake after she built a dozen cupcake boxes. I don't think people realized you COULD get a cupcake with the free pastry promotion. I ended up getting a vanilla bean to go which I am currently shoving in my face. I highly recommend the Starbucks cupcakes; they are so good! The icing is perfectly sweet and even overnight, my cupcake isn't dried out. 24 hrs! are you kidding me! This place is wonderful! I wish we had more shops around Chicago that are 24 hours. I think Orlando can petition to be the new "city that never sleeps" or sleeps very little thanks to Starbucks. Thanks to this place, I was able to avoid the $8/day slow in-room wi-fi at my resort. I know I spend a lot more than $8/day at Starbucks but I got so much more in return. The partners (employees) are so friendly and I just wish I could remember their names especially the one who helped me find my new favorite drink.
