so far I have had no luck with this shop. I dropped off my coo coo 6 weeks ago and was told it would be one month. went to the shop today to pick up my clock because I'm done waiting and they are now closed until the end of the month. and when I dropped it off she was not very personable. should've never left it there. read more

Brought my watch, which was not working, in for an estimate the first week of June. Two weeks later I called for an update and spoke to someone who said the watch repair guy comes in on Friday and they had no information yet. I called again on July 3 and was told there was no information, as they are backed up "this is just how it is in the watch business ". Totally unacceptable! Another call to follow up with still no answer about estimate after 5 weeks. Asked owner to please get my watch back as I would no longer wait. Still no watch, so another call the 24th of July and got recording saying they were closed for vacation from July 22 to August 7! Never a call from these people. My wife went to the shop on August 8 to pick up my watch and was told it was not there. Owner said she would have it on Friday August 11. My wife picked it up after waiting 10 weeks with nothing done and was told again "that's how it is in the watch business ". They are very unprofessional and rude and that is not how it is done in other businesses! They really don't care about their customers. I would never recommend this business for anything! We took a clock from the 1800's in. It was in several pieces and had evidence of a rat nest in it. I didn't have high hopes for it, but these ladies got it back together and in working order. There was even a bread timer that we didn't know was part of it and they got that working as well. So happy to have this family heirloom back in working order and on the mantle where it belongs. read more

Left my watch for a battery replacement. Quoted $10. After a week and no reply, called only to find out that they couldn't locate the watch. After several visits and phone calls finally, seven weeks later I received word that my watch was located. When I picked up my watch they charged $20. What a deal! read more

I went in there yesterday to get my watch fixed had some links taken out and my Gucci watch needed a new battery she comes back later and tells me that the 9 hand isn't there anymore it's up on top when I walked in that shop my watch was Altogether out front of it there was no 9 missing there was nothing Everything was like when I was wearing it for the last 35 then she tall the 9 slot has dropped up into the Is top part of the watch inside where the hands are It was never like that when I brought it in it's just a scheme to make more extra money I've had it done to me before I I think She just wanted to make more money off me and when she put the battery in knocked that piece out and then I notice you put in another piece on the top that's larger than the other one on the bottom that holds the watch to the band so if anybody owes anybody anything it's you you owe me to fix my watch right like it was when I brought it in there all it needed was a d*** battery And she Is a rip off I wouldn't take any of my Watches there again to get anything no clocks no nothing I'm telling my friends and family to boycott her because of the lousy job she did and tried to make extra money off me good business Is practices lady read more

This shop repaired our 30-year-old Howard Miller mantel clock. It works great and has the same lovely chimes it had when we bought it years ago. We drove from The Villages to the shop in Eustis, Florida, which is about 25 minutes away. It's well worth the drive for the good service. read more
