I'm not mad at that but I still wanted to visit the local shop and see what other treats they had available. The ship itself is not huge but the people working there gave great customer service. The young lady greeted me when I walked in and answered all of questions. My dog enjoyed all of the different smells and sounds from barking dogs in the back. I did pick up a few items: cheese ball, biscuit, and a peanut butter cup. I also bought a beef rib bone which my dog loved. Well she loved everything I gave her that day. They even have ice cream. I will take pictures on my next visit as I will be back soon.

You learn immediately what issues are or are not present with your pet. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, quite, calm and patient. The fee is good to reasonable. Some high costs cannot be helped, like the heart-worm - flea - tick meds. I have found they are good listeners and on top of things. I do recommend their services. I have used this practice and others for 35 years. Applewood Vet is my preference!

The Applewood staff were very helpful. I had called my personal vet,…read moreas well as several local clinics to see if I could get someone to see a small dog that appeared at my farm. No one could work me in as quickly as I wanted. I had been by Applewood Hospital recently and decided to call them. The receptionist was most helpful, and knowledgeable, and was able to get an appt the very next day. The small dog was in heat, and I wanted to go ahead and have her spayed even if she didn't stay with me. They booked an appt for when she would be going out of heat. The Doctor was kind, and explained they were a one Vet office, and they did pretty much everything in house, which was great with me. All were friendly. Office clean, and you can stay with pet during exam, blood work was done in house. Tks. Applewood. JH

I showed up to this vets office without an appointment asking if they could kindly put my dog down. The initial response was of course they could not. My dog was not a patient nor did they have availability. It's a Friday. They were busy, of course. They ultimately changed their mind for my dog's sake. She was in pain. They made room we came back later. The doctor and the assistant confirmed it was time for her. I'm the one that had procrastinated, sadly. So I am most thankful to the staff, the doctor and all those who made a horrible situation just better. They also offer cremation services and she's now back home with me. Thank you.
