First time customer and definitely returning! I visited on 420 and the place was busy as expected due to the great deals they were having in store. This has got to be one of the most nicest looking dispensaries around the Valley! And their customer service is on point! I would like to give a shout out to one of the team members. Amanda is the picture of customer service - super friendly, polite and helpful! When I returned due to an incorrect item, she was quick to assist me with no hesitation! I definitely recommend to at least try this place out! Check out their specials! read more

Bud-tenders need better training and more personal skills. Hard to find online Decent selection but the prices have always been higher here. Suggested if convenient read more

Budtender GIRLS are usually nice, the boys always seem like they're in a bad mood. Security with curly hair is rude, unfriendly, and just makes the experience annoying. Good prices but their customer service lowk sucks so bad read more

they suck...well, let me rephrase that!! Not only do they suck but they actually swallow too! That $5.00 dirt bag weed isn't worth your time, your efforts, or your money! read more

The people that work there are so nice. I can get anything that I like on any day. Always pleasant to shop here. ;)

Can you pick up the phone???? Placed an order online just for it to be cancelled before i arrived. Wanted to confirm if it was available, got sent to voicemail 3 times in the last hour. Horrible. read more

guys be aware!!! I understand economy is low, down but to charge a client a transaction paid via ATM ( directly from checking account..) and process it as CASH WITHDRAWAL is unheard Bank charged 3 dollars fee for what I paid with my ATM card ? FRAUD all around!! WHY THE LIES? why I was not informed that it would be cash processed? of course, because is ILLEGAL... Bank will clarify it with you but meanwhile, I will makebaure the public is aware of your gimmicks is either cash or card - and if paid by card and fees are to be assessed, then inform the public ; mynpriblem is my method of payment was not card but ATM card... so low of you Clinik ! read more

The staff here is absolutely HORRIBLE, and quite frankly, it's only getting worse. Called in to ask about their supply (always have the worst options) on the plugs, and I'm not sure specifically which girl it was but this db had the audacity to just click the call. Sorry you're so mediocre at doing your job that you can't possibly read out what you see in front of you. Second rate shop with trash employees. read more

Horrible spot ,you wanna get ripped off and leave with a lil product but pay soo much in taxes come here ,the girls are so rude think they know everything ,like little girl chill I been smoking weed before you were born ,will never come here again so many shops to choice from and they act like this nah I'll take my money else where not worth it at all ,website prices don't add up when you come to buy them in store ....worst spot in the valley read more

Great service, friendly and they occasionally have a taco truck! Quality is pretty good and wide selection!

If you're not going to honor the discounts then don't advertise them on weedmaps, bunk ass shop with bunk staff. Chick lied to me about something I could easily verify. It's only a couple bucks but it's about the principle. Other than that the shop the workers have a dry attitude and the place is janky looking inside. It's not 2012, get your crap together. read more

The Clinik - Lucy A pretended to read some paper and proceeded to tell me they don't have dab discounts on Wednesday, it's on Tuesday. Lied to my face. - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Chatsworth, California

My favorite dispensary by far! Go here now. Iliana is the shit. Great deals every day

Staff has always been super helpful n pleasant to me. always has great deals too. Never had any issues with any staff like how some of the reviews say, pretty sure I've been helped by every current employee over the last year n had no issues whatsoever read more

Christian today was one of the best bud tenders I have ever had supper friendly and informative.

Jasaleen rocks I like this place better prices !! Dc is lame I'm super glad I came here read more

Way Overpriced and budtenders aren't very helpful and will converse among each other while you fumble around the store. Better shops in the area... read more

This place will rip you off if you are not careful! They advertise deals, but you check the receipt and they actually charge you full price or more than what you paid for. This last time I purchased one full and 1/2 and they charged me for two fulls. This has happened twice now I won't be returning. There is also always a long wait, and the employees are not always friendly read more

There is only one person on staff who I've interacted with that is kind and respectful. The girl with the chunky black highlights and facial piercings with thick eyeliner helped me tonight on 1/2/2025 and made me feel super uncomfortable. Not friendly or knowledgeable on product. This unfortunately is not the only uncomfortable interaction I've had with their staff. Shout out to the blonde girl who wears a hat she is always kind. This place wouldn't be so bad except for their staff :/ read more

"Try to hurry up because were closing" 10 min before closing, I was out in 5 min, so the terrible customer service totally uncalled for. Im your neighbor but yeah last time coming here. read more

Don't waste your time with them. Unprofessional and lack customer service. The information they have on Weedmaps is apparently incorrect...

Had a terrible first experience, poor customer service with the manager just calling me baby over and over after I had been waiting 15 minutes for someone to update their system. Also make sure if you go you don't have a credit union with a debit card because they won't accept it even though they said they accept debit cards. Ended up leaving and wasting my time, thanks!! read more

this place has lots of variety and compared to other dispensary nearby, it's cheaper than for the same brand of bud. I've been coming here quite often and noticed that prices are cheaper in the afternoon than early mornings. I found it strange but since everyone here is awesome and very helpful I just thought of it as extra tip. read more

The small security guard at front was trying to charge me a fee to get inside. I had my card already with me and showed him but he insisted to keep on trying to charge me. He also had an attitude while talking. I don't know but this place seems shady. Just if you go there make sure that you don't pay a fee to get in if you have your card. Security guard at front will try to steal your money. Manager should look into this crook Security guard. read more

DISHONEST & DISRESPECTFUL staff! NOT A SAFE SPACE for POC or WOMEN! This review is for woman & P.O.C! This establishment hires disrespectful employees that lie to & gaslight customers! We had been loyal customers for over 2 years, meaning that we racked up a many loyalty points in our time there. Overtime, I made a few friends out of the workers- but unfortunately, the staff has become very chaotic & DISHONEST. I look like what humans are trained to label as a "Black" man- which means that most Americans perceive me through racist stereotypes that come with the label. Most of the staff have been P.O.C- so this was not a problem until we met a cashier named DANIEL. Normally we use cards, but the reader rejected both of us. The cashier who I had never seen before, said that many people get upset about the readers not working. I laughed & made a joke about technology failing to perform basic functions. We purchased items, despite the machine not working. He even gave a small discount for the inconvenience. The next time we visited The Clinik (2 weeks later) we learned that Daniel had twisted our friendly interaction into something that he used to permanently ban us. Despite the smiles, jokes & discount- this cashier felt so emotional about our interaction that he was able to permanently ban us without telling us first. The security guard let us in, but we could not buy anything because Daniel claimed that we were "rude" & "aggressive" to him. This surprised me, as well as the other workers there. They said they were VERY confused about Daniels desire to ban us. This is because, & they can confirm that we have always been calm, friendly customers. The employees that were there decided to unban me based on their prior knowledge of my character. They then told me that the only way I could get my roommate unbanned is if I came back & talked to Daniel. (This was inappropriate considering they just had the power to unban me.) The situation got much worse after taking their advice to come back. 2 days later, I was greeted by a new guard who kindly let me into the shop. I met a new cashier, who hooked me up with my usual items. I could see Daniel the entire time, but he was intentionally standing as far away from me as possible & avoiding my eyes. I tried to get his attention, but he was giving me 'the cold shoulder'. I soon found out it was because he did not want to admit that he had me RE-banned! I learned this when I tried to make my purchase & the system said that I was banned again. The security guard who let me in then told me that I did not belong there- despite the fact that I had been wrongfully banned in the first place. When I told him that Daniel banned me, the security guard called him over. I then asked the cashier why he blacklisted me from the Clinik twice. Daniel looked me in my eyes & proceeded to LIE, & say that he was not the person who banned me or my roommate at all! The previous workers explicitly said that Daniel banned me for being "aggressive"- yet somehow he felt comfortable telling me that he did not do it. What was supposed to be me talking to Daniel about unbanning my roommate- turned into me being RE-banned by the boy who said that he never did it. This insulting injustice was worsened when I called the Clinik, hoping to get in touch with the men who unbanned me. Instead I got in touch with a new worker who looked at the system & confirmed yet again that Daniel was in fact the guy who banned us. When I said that Daniel told me he did not ban me- the worker doubled down & stated that Daniel did not want my "energy" in his "space" & that is why both of us are no longer welcome. This worker then told me that I do not belong at the Clinik before abruptly hanging up on me! So this is a WARNING to all customers! Do not give your energy to systems that want to cut you out of their space. Do not be loyal to racist & misogynistic businesses that will throw you away at a moments notice, string you along, then lie about it. Find a dispensary with caring workers who treat everybody with honesty, respect, integrity & kindness! read more

Super Nice on the phone and in-person. Everyone was helpful. There was a sale going on, so I was happy about that too. They had plenty of the edible flavors from the brand I was looking for. read more

Wanted to try this place out since I saw it driving by, should have kept on driving. Rude people working there. they act like they don't want to be there and laugh at you when you don't hear them cause you are deaf. Can see you are distraught and buying weed to help your daughter with her IV infusion so being laughed at was a low blow. But then to be sold stale crap and be taken advantage of really sucks and shows what kind of place this is. never go here again. read more

My first time ever in a dispensary and Laura made me feel at ease and welcomed. I asked her a few questions and she answered them well. My last weed was like in the 90s and I wasn't really into it but ever since my cancer diagnosis my friend highly recommended weed vaping and it helps me a lot with chemo side effects and stuff. I like this store, a little intimidating outside but inside full of friendly staff. I will definitely be back again. Thanks Laura. I hope you remember me when I go back . I bought Sativa Lime 1G and Pure One Skywalker Indica 1G. I'm sure these will be good. read more

Second time now that I ordered online once with Weedmaps and they said once I got there your online order might not be what we have here, use our website. So I did this I order 5 things and they only had 2 of the items. Then they push to higher price and not honor the sale price. I did get 20% off but it's still the bait & switch. read more

I've come here quite a few times because had Seed Junky Genetics here a few times (my fav, not many dispos around here have it). But I have to leave a shitty review because I bought their name brand weed (their "deal 8th for 15" or whatever) and it was literally so fucking dry. Like never in my high school weed out of a ziploc have I ever had drier weed in my life. Go here if it's convenient just don't buy their deal eighth. It's really shitty weed. read more
