When I came to pick my clothes up and gave her my ticket, she told me that my clothes had already been picked up and barely gave me the time of day. When I told her repeatedly that I hadn't picked up my clothes, she was rude and dismissive. She even tried to suggest that I "didn't remember picking them up" or that "somebody else picked them up and that I should figure it out." At that point, I refused to leave without answers and kept urging her to use other methods to figure out where my clothes were instead of just scanning my ticket and shrugging. Finally after essentially begging her, she agreed to find my clothes, and what do ya know, she found them. Instead of apologizing, she started blaming the person who was working the day I dropped off my clothes. When I informed her that that person was her, she told me it wasn't. I was a customer here for over 10 years, but recently I started going elsewhere. I don't feel comfortable going to a dry cleaner where losing customer's clothing and blaming them for it is the norm.

Just…read morepicked it up and they shrunk it.  Fabric is bunched up; it is terrible.They ruined it. 12/24 Update: Called store the next day and got the owner's email address and contacted her. She wanted to see comforter in case it was fixable. I explained that the comforter had felted and was not fixable. (Untreated wool is fluffy; but when those fluffy fibers are subjected to hot water and friction, those fibers lock together and become felt. Once felted, you can cut the material and there is a clean edge. It is not reversable.) Owner asked me to bring in comforter. Update: 2/23 I finally brought comforter in and owner agreed that it was not fixable and she wrote me a check on the spot for what I paid for a new one. I rated 4 stars because although they ruined my comforter, they paid for their mistake. I really appreciated that and would totally give them another chance.
