Initially all seemed to be good, a consultation was completed and pricing was provided prior. I was unable to get a Thursday cleaning which I wanted so I settled on Tuesday in which they only had between 1:30-2:00. The cleaning team of two did not arrive until 2:30 at which time I had already texted Deb in the news to reschedule now that they were a half hour late and it would throw off an appointment I had later that day. The team then said that they could come first thing at 9:00 on Thursday. (This was originally what I wanted so why now could they do it ?) So I agreed. Thursday came and she showed up right at 9:00. After providing the cleaning supplies I thought would be used, the cleaning lasted just about 2 hours. Once she left I then had to clean my entire house. Our end tables in our bedroom were completely still covered in dust and dog hair, not even an attempt was made to clean. Our bathroom still had hair on the floor and soap residue in the shower. There were crumbs on our kitchen counter tops and yogurt on our wood floors and bottom of the stove. These are just some of the examples. This was a very expensive vacuum job! Do not recommend at all!

The service the day of was phenomenal. Not a single bit of grease or grime left in the place. Kristin and her team got every nook and cranny that there was to clean. She even cleaned the windows, inside the fridge, and in all the closets! The place was immaculate for our moveout. Kristin was friendly and spent an extra hour on the kitchen (something that she adjusted to after the estimate). She and her team were so meticulous. I'm so glad I chose them!

They came with dull saws, forgot their pruner,no safety equipment and did not know how to do the work they said they could do. Very thorough and didn't forget areas like under the bed, in the microwave, the front of the dishwasher and fridge. I hired Angelo's for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning at my new home, I'm EXTREMELY UNHAPPY…read morewith how the services went and here is why: To begin, when they pulled into my driveway they ran over the end of my sidewalk with their vehicle and popped off one of the bricks which I now have to re-glue. Air Ducts: They began the air duct cleaning and shortly into the service they damaged one of my air ducts behind the wall, thus leaving me with a now broken airway to my powder room. The technician's equipment and large hose was shoved into my vent with no pre-examination of the sizing and now my flexible duct does not reach as it once did prior to Angelo's showing up. By shoving their equipment down improperly, they popped off the flexible duct even though it was zip tied (as it is supposed to be) and shredded it. They said they would have a manager come out to speak and review the issue that day and that never happened. Carpets: They arrived with equipment that was very different than what I was expecting. It did not appear to be commercial equipment rather something similar to what I could buy myself (like a Bissell). The carpet did get cleaned, but to me it seemed very odd that their equipment wasn't what I'm used to seeing. Several stains are still on my carpets (which I know sometimes they are very hard to remove), but most times they are able to at least be lessened. I give them a 7/10 on the carpets. I have been in contact with them about a refund and they only gave me $50 back for the 2 vents they charged me for! that they broke and weren't able to clean. Now I need to go to Home Depot and spend more $$$ to try and correct this duct problem they created. Their fine print states that they "aren't responsible for damages behind walls" which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Only good thing is that they were responsive to the email complaint. DO NOT USE THEM for your air duct cleaning. I should have gone with Stanley Steamer instead and will never be using Angelo's again -- you shouldn't either.

The cigarette smell lingered even after they left the room. This is especially concerning because I'm pregnant and I have a 2 year old and being exposed to third hand smoke has recently been recognized as a health risk. Additionally, I expect my house to smell clean after it's been cleaned, not like cigarettes. It was so bad that, despite scheduling 2.5 hours, I had to cut the cleaning session short after an hour because the smell was unbearable. I was very disappointed and won't be using this service again. UPDATE: Bill was very understanding and insisted that we didn't have to pay anything for the session. Despite the bad experience with the cleaners, there is much to be said about Bill's customer service.
