We started with Yolanda during the pandemic. We had a lot going on at home with kids and dogs…read more Yolanda makes it a lot easier. She's flexible doing all sorts of things. We added laundry (for a nominal fee). All she ask is that we have the washing machine run it's last cycle when she arrives. It reprieved my wife so she can focus on her career change. I don't expect her to do dishes, but she helps out when needed. She took home and specially cleaned my favorite jacket that had these stains for years. She even puts my garbage out to the street since it's going to be garbage day the following day. She goes above and beyond. Her staff turnover rate is low so we trust her. I've only seen 1-2 others helping her throughout these 2 years. I often leave my house early to pickup the kids. She leaves via the back door. She'll clean most houses in 2-3 hours. Her rate is fair so we hire her weekly. We look forward to Tuesday afternoons when she comes because we know the house will be fresh and clean. She loves dogs and kids. I highly recommend Yolanda.

After using QC's services for nearly two years, we've decided to move on…read more 1 - Their cleaning materials were too strong and bleachy smelling. 2 - Oftentimes instructions weren't followed or the team would do things that defied cleaning common sense and would create more work for us (like putting trash in recycling bins) 3 - They tried to hike up our cleaning costs with sloppily defined reasons. I will spare the details here, but when I debunked their reasons with hard evidence, they ultimately reneged the higher cost proposal, but didn't apologize. This rubbed me the wrong way and unfortunately, that's when I decided I was done. The cleaning services, besides the smell and odd lack of common sense stuff, were good. If you're in a pinch and don't want to use your brain for recurring services, QC is fine.
