We added laundry (for a nominal fee). All she ask is that we have the washing machine run it's last cycle when she arrives. It reprieved my wife so she can focus on her career change. I don't expect her to do dishes, but she helps out when needed. She took home and specially cleaned my favorite jacket that had these stains for years. She even puts my garbage out to the street since it's going to be garbage day the following day. She goes above and beyond. Her staff turnover rate is low so we trust her. I've only seen 1-2 others helping her throughout these 2 years. I often leave my house early to pickup the kids. She leaves via the back door. She'll clean most houses in 2-3 hours. Her rate is fair so we hire her weekly. We look forward to Tuesday afternoons when she comes because we know the house will be fresh and clean. She loves dogs and kids. I highly recommend Yolanda.
