It's located in a shopping strip behind the Waffle House and the ever popular El Don Mexican restaurant is a couple of doors down from the place. There are ample of parking and even though there are no parking spots directly in front of the store; still it's not a far walk...I say about 3-4 yards at the most. (This is important if you have lots of stuff to wash and have to haul your stuff back and forth.) You can however park right in front of the store-unload your stuff on the side walk and then go and park. This is what a lot of people do here. The store is unattended and open 24 hours with surveillance cameras all around the store. The store is cash only. They have a couple of quarter machines at the front. I was there about 11 AM and there shopping center was pretty busy. Lots of people around and no bums hanging out begging for change or smoking cigarettes.The area is pretty safe during the day time. But still I would definitely exercise common sense.... (There is a Food Depot Grocery store across the street and the store manager says people come in all the time asking for quarters and getting change to do laundry. I was able to buy detergent there and got cash back with my debt card with no problem.) When I was there the lovely owner Derrick was there sprucing the place up and doing some minor repair work. The place was very clean with no visible trash on the floor and the top of the machine where people pour their soap was clean too. I used 2 of their four loaders and 2 double loaders for this trip. The vending prices are of the following: $2.50 for double loaders. $.50 extra for the super wash $4.50 for 4 loaders. $4.75 for super wash. 7min. per quarter for dry. I was able to wash all the bedding, blankets and a two weeks worth of dark clothes in under 2 hours. The dryers were nice and hot. My stuff got dry in no time. Best part...I still had about $11 left out of $25.00 so off to the taco truck I go....reward time! Be back in a week or so to wash more bedding! Thanks Derrick and team! Almost half the machines are out of order. It felt like being in a parking lot waiting for people to take their clothes out of other machines. As for the dryers about the same. For some that looked like they worked in fact didn't so people were putting their money into machines that weren't functioning as they should. Unfortunately most laundromats have the policy of wash here dry here so taking wet clothes elsewhere isn't an option. I hope they correct this soon.

It had benches and chairs, TV's, a stocked vending machine, etc. it was always just kept up well. But NOW?! It's awful! There is no chairs in the whole place. The vending machine is empty, the TV doesn't work and a whole row of washers were broken forcing you to use the more expensive machines. The floors were filthy, the change machine was out of order & the attendant just sat in a chair playing on his phone and when he did get up to move around, he smelled so badly!! I don't know what happened to this place but it is eerily creepy inside and I probably won't return. I came because the facility in my complex was broken & i remembered how pleasant it was, but I was thoroughly disappointed.

The attendant immediately welcomed me and once I told her it was my first time, she walked me through the entire process from the different washing machine settings, to helping me load my card, to letting me know the dryers are free if you wash there as well. It was extremely clean and I was able to do 5 bags of laundry in an hour and some change. I would 100% go again! Large washers were $9+, medium was around $5+ and small was $3+. They also have wifi so I brought my laptop and worked. I will definitely be visiting again!

The place is beautiful with shinny floors and brand new machines that take both cards and quarters. He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. Staff knew about it but the very pregnant employee certainly could do anything about it in her condition & I wouldn't want her to. Whoever put it there never should have. The stuff looks moldy and gross. Given the mess with the rest of the laundromat, I doubt anyone will disinfect that space once the insulation is removed. The chairs throughout the laundromat appear to have never once been wiped down and there is a ton of garbage and food in between them. The parking lot has litter all over it. It appeared that at least 1/5th of the dryers and washing machines were out of order. With so many laundromats in Rome, there is no need to go back to this one.
