Isa is the fourth (yes you absolutely did read that right! Fourth!) person we hired. When it comes to cleaning my home I expect it to be cleaned as if I was the one doing the cleaning. And am willing to pay accordingly. I scheduled an appointment with Isa which by the way was within a couple of days of first contact! She was extremely professional, did a complete walk through of the entire house and every single detail of what was expected and what was included was discussed. That impressed me beyond belief as two of the others, one a large corporation and one a independent quoted prices sight unseen. The that impressed me the most (hang on to your hats folks cause y'all a ain't gonna believe this!) the first clean was a deep clean top to bottom and several hours after they left I noticed a couple of places that were missed (very small places easily overlooked) and when I brought it to her attention.... she actually apologized! Now the reason that impressed me so much, cause I know y'all are wondering why, is because when I had the same issue with two of the others, corporate always said they would take care of it next clean but never did and each clean something was always wrong. And independent actually has the nerve to say she did a good job, even in the face of photo evidence to the contrary and claimed I was just too picky. Moral of the story and bottom line is... If you want your house clean at a very good price for a job that far exceeds your expectations then Isa Cleaning Plus is the one for you!

They were VERY friendly and they were hard at work cleaning the window sills and bathroom upstairs. We left and didn't come back until the next day. The kitchen looked amazing and all the counters were great! But the floors weren't swept - AT ALL. And it was rather egregious with dust bunnies and leaves that had blown in, so I don't think they forgot. We also paid an extra $40 for grout cleaning in the master bath, but that wasn't done. It looked like they ran out of time? I had filled out all the information on how many bedrooms and baths needed cleaning, but I don't know how long they had allotted. I came back the next day to sweet and scrub the bathtub and grout myself. I let MyHoustonMaids know and the manager contacted me and refunded just the amount I paid for grout cleaning. I'd use a different company next time - especially for a move-out when you don't have time for them to come back and fix it. You get what you pay for, I think, and this company is quite cheap.
