Eventually, they did refund half of what I paid. Does not seem fair to keep half of my money for no service provided. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

She shrugged her shoulders, and said that the "tax expert" had a 7:00 appointment so I should just drop my papers off since it was already 6:40. What?! Why should my appointment be bumped/removed because your accountants can't tell time? She then proceeded to tell me my taxes were going to be easy since I'm a student (I am NOT a student; I can only assume she didn't value my appointment because she thought this though) I would not recommend going here unless you like wasting time. If their tax preparation is anything like their customer service, beware.
