The Chiswick is a great complex and in a great location. The management staff is very responsive. It's a fun place to reside. TC

I am writing this review as a concerned resident, who pays their rent on time, pays their utilities…read moreon time, but yet I can't assure that I can walk into a safe home everyday. For the last year we have had a fire alarm going off constantly, several times a month, sometimes at 3:00 in the morning. Some months it goes on several days in a row. The police and fire department have come out every time, which I'm sure they are tired of...we're tired of it! It's so exhausting and I know that property management is well aware of what's going on, but still the problem has not been corrected. When will this be resolved!?!?! We pay too much money in rent to have to deal with this all the time, and in addition to that we pay to live in a nice area... why is this happening?

While apartment hunting, I ran across White Oaks. It seemed like a great little-gated apartment…read morecommunity. Sarah, the leasing agent was very nice and told me of the annual Christmas party and giveaways for the residents. Lots of chandeliers, paintings, winding stairwells, and dramatic archways. Washer/dryers are available in each loft style or flat apartment styles. Pricing seemed about the same price as most of the other units in the area, which surprised me. Each of the four apartments I saw had a lingering old smell and a couple residents put air fresheners in the vents. I love the layout and views (especially the pond). The appliances in each apartment were at least 20 years old, but clean. The underground parking had sparsely spaced 40-watt energy bulbs, with blackish covered felt like more like a dim alley; and honestly a bit scary. Unfortunately, White Oaks was not for me. It's a great area, swing by it may be better for you or in the future. Enjoy!

**DO NOT RENT HERE - INFESTATION AND POOR MANAGEMENT**…read more Living at Coventry Apartments has been an absolute nightmare. Over the course of ten days, we dealt with a severe mouse infestation, including finding a dead mouse on a trap in our apartment. Also, there was a dead mouse sitting on the trap On top of the oven and I called emergency maintenance because it was the weekend and they told me that it wasn't an emergency how rude right? My sister and I live together and We were both uncomfortable with disposing of a rodent, and we did not have proper materials . During this time, we couldn't cook, had to throw away food, and incurred additional expenses, all due to the mice entering through openings in the apartment's structure. While management eventually addressed the entry point and disposed of the dead mice, it took far too long and only happened after multiple complaints. What's worse is that this was a recurring issue. We saw mice running behind our appliances, and I was left to question whether the drains were properly sealed. Management claimed the mice entered through our disposal and offered a meager $150 credit, which hardly covered the cost of lost groceries and the stress this situation caused. If you're considering Coventry Apartments, know that you may end up living with rodents and dealing with slow, ineffective responses from management. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

My fiancé and I came in for a tour at Symphony Apartments last week, just to see what it was like…read more We've been to so many places lately that they've all started to blend together, but this one stood out right away. The building manager, Erin, greeted us so warmly the second we walked in. She didn't do the typical scripted tour thing. She actually took the time to get to know us, asked what we were looking for, what our routines were like, and even asked about our dog before we mentioned her. The building itself is beautiful. It's clean, quiet, and feels cared for. The hallways smell nice, the units are bright and modern, and everything looked well-maintained. You can tell this place isn't just thrown together for show. As we walked around, multiple residents stopped to say hi to the building manager, and one woman even gave her a hug to thank her for helping fix her blinds the week before. It was such a small thing, but it really showed how much Erin cares about the people who live here. You don't see that kind of connection very often. She clearly takes pride in the property and genuinely cares about the residents. She shared a few stories about the community and gave us some great local recommendations. We left feeling like we had just toured a place that's more of a community than an apartment complex. We haven't made our final decision yet, but this place definitely made an impression. If every apartment tour felt like this, the whole process would be a lot less stressful.
