The vibe you're going to experience is welcoming, friendly, caring, and genuine. After signing up, you will receive x rays to get a starting point of where you're at and areas of concern so she can construct a plan that fits your needs. Usually you go more often in the beginning and then over time it will be maintenance. You'll get a folder with all your information and your posture photo. At the time I went, they had two adjustment tables separated by a divider, a waiting area to do pre adjustment exercises, and then a "relax" room (not the official name for it) after the adjustment. The exercises are good and you feel good doing them. There's a chair to rotate your hips, a traction device, and a vibrating platform. When using the chair, you can definitely feel how good it is to do this move. The traction device is my favorite. I hold all my stress in my shoulders, upper back and neck. That traction device gets the neck tension and feels amazing. I was never instructed to use the vibration platform so it may be that it's only for certain issues. Once you're done doing all those things, they're usually ready for you. Sometimes there may be a wait if others are chatty, so I don't recommend ever going in a rush. The Doc will do certain adjustments but if you have some preferences, just ask and she'll do them. She'll also ask if you have any new issues or something she should focus on. After that she'll use the percussion gun which is also very enjoyable. Last but not least, the lacrosse ball which she'll give at some point in the beginning along with exercises. Do them and use the ball just like she says. Holy moly! The ball....!!! If you have a tense back from stress, that thing will literally melt knots out. I also have a few other gifts she was kind enough to offer me to help with my needs. She really went out of her way to not be a place where you're just a number and I really experienced what a nice person she is. Thanks for everything Lisa and all the kindness you showed during such a difficult time.

Dr Cone was welcoming and made an appointment for an evaluation the next day. Even with xrays, my initial bill was well under $100 (I think he cut me a deal on the xrays because I don't have insurance for it). Follow up appointments are $40. And WELL WORTH IT. In fact, I think he undercharges. I have been seeing him for about 3 weeks and my back pain is gone. More importantly, he is working in combination with his massage therapies to make sure it doesn't come back. Dr Cone and his staff go the extra mile for patient care. It's how business should be done. TIP: it's easier to reach him via text than phone, because he doesn't have a full time assistant. I had run 48.6 miles (5k/10k/Half Marathon/Marathon) in four days, and was feeling the strain my muscles had gone through. I was able to get in after work. Eileen asked what I'd done to torture myself, and already had an idea what hurt. A few more questions, and a quick tour of the offices, she began digging out the pain and suffering that had my muscles knotted up. It's not a soft music/incense/spa day experience, but does dig out the knots in my glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Just walking out the door I felt infinitely better, and today the recovery improves.

A True Miracle Worker - "He Gave Me My Life Back!"…read more If I could give Dr. Simon more than five stars, I would. I was in a desperate, heartbreaking place before I found him. Following an MVA, I was diagnosed with various injuries and was eventually confined to a wheelchair for almost two months, and I felt like I was completely out of options. I had seen a parade of specialists--orthopedic doctors, Spine specialist, physiatrist, physical therapist, and pain management doctors--to no avail. My experience with other medical professionals was deeply frustrating. The orthopedic doctors and spine surgeons essentially washed their hands of me after deciding against surgery- referring me to pain management, physical therapy, and physiatrist for epidurals . Each time an epidural was scheduled, the pain management team had to cancel the procedure because of pain induced high blood pressure. Physical therapy wasn't moving the needle, and I stopped taking opioids due to a real potential for dependency. By now, I was in a wheelchair and in constant pain. I felt completely stuck and hopeless. By the time I met Dr. Simon, I had run out of options. Dr. Simon looked at me and said he was going to try to help me, and he actually did. Within just 5 visits, the impossible happened: I was out of the wheelchair and using a walker. After a few more visits, I progressed even further--I was able to walk short distances without a walker and now , within 4 weeks of seeing Dr. Simon, I am walking completely off my walker and walking independently! After months of hitting brick walls with specialists, Dr. Simon is the one who finally got me back on my feet--literally and figuratively. He has given me a brand-new lease on life, and I truly don't know what I would have done without him. I am forever grateful for his compassion, dedication, and skill. We have more work to do, but I now have real hope that I can live an active, pain free life again. Kimi and Pat are great too!
