The Chinese was a restaurant I was hearing about on bas, When I first ordered for delivery, it took the food about 3 hours to get to me. I was confused on what was going on because when I called the lady told me "give me an hour, and 15 minutes" so I waited then I called after that hour and 15 minutes. She told me to wait, it will take time to get to me, I was confused because the store close at the time at 10 and it was 9:54. So I waited and I received a called around 10:39.. didn't know who it was because they were FaceTiming me, then after 5 minutes after that called I received an text they left it at the CQ desk, and which I went to look. I didn't see any food, so I called her to tell her CQ people was saying no they didn't see any food, she was lowkey being rude, she told me "well I left it at the CQ desk, and hung up in my face" So I called her again, she told me "well you have to wait till tomorrow to get the order again". I got the food the next day, and to be honest, the food was overrated, didn't taste well, I order the Thai soup dish with coconut milk, which I get back at home. It didn't have any flavor, the spring rolls were good, and the dumplings tasted like plastic. I was disappointed in the food I received... I will say the spring rolls were great tho. read more

The place is very cute-- like a 50s diner with some Asian deco. The food was ok. It seemed like it was cooked a little too long making the sauce very thick. The man i assume is the owner left to go on a delivery. A customer came in and sat down while he was out. When he got back from delivery, the man and woman who was the cook got into a loud argument. The man looked angry and sat down with the food he got from the kitchen. However, neither the man nor the woman (cook) acknowledged the customer that had come in even after the customer tried to get their attention which was during the argument. Had just gotten here and looked for delivery. This was an option and being that I love Asian food why not......NEVER AGAIN!!! First off I called and was hung up on 3 times. When they finally got my order they didn't even give me the price before hanging up on me again. I had to call back to ask how much I owed. Once I got my food and ready to taste the succulent chicken in peanut sauce(I like Asian peanut/coconut/curry). Let me first say I eat anything!!!!!! Anything to fill the hole. This was HORRIBLE!!!! Rice not cooked right, chicken fried in old old oil, stale crab chips in old oil and the peanut sauce was like peanut gray gravy. It was gross. This was the first thing in 15 years I did not eat. They were rude and yelled at me as I tried to give them the address to deliver to us. The woman on the phone got frustrated and refused to be respectful as I was trying to understand where the lack of communication was coming from. This is DFAC-lite. Save for the screaming kitchen staff, they're about as authentically Chinese as a polyester lederhosen are Bavarian. The chicken with peanut sauce was little more than elongated chicken McNuggets with a side of JIF peanut butter. The only plus: free pretzel sticks pawed thru and hacked over by waiting clientele. Fortune cookie hasn't been opened. It probably reads '...sucker!' Will only return if shopette burns to the ground. read more

There was a dog inside the restaurant when I went to pick-up my carryout order, which I had to wait about 10 minutes for once showing up, even though I'd called in the order about 20 minutes before that. Great interior decor! This restaurant is getting one star because of sanitation issues and poor quality of food. I don't know if these people have lost their minds or are completely unaware of the fact that You Don't bring Dogs into a restaurant. Cute, big dogs that roamed the entire restaurant (kitchen included) had fluffy hair and would not leave us alone. Myself and three of my friends at first was fine with it I think mainly due to surprise and shock of what we were seeing but the pups were jumping on my friend (shedding hair in the process), licking our legs, shoes and hands. The waitress called them away with a treat but they kept coming back. The food came. We washed our hands and returned to notice the two pups were laying at our feet. Not to beg but to just lay there (no big deal right?), the main issue then came. Multiple hairs were found in our food. Two from my plate of fried duck and rice, and one in my friends noodles (forgot what meat she ordered). Now neither one of us was raised with a silver spoon but needless to say our appetite shifted. ...The young lady actually screamed "F@&K You" at me... The restaurant advertises that they accept Visa. When I ate there, they said that their Visa machine is down. I walked to the ATM. When I came back, I saw a Visa machine. They said they couldn't use it because it's only for delivery. So I have them cash and told the young lady i would never be back.. and she followed me out of the restaurant yelling "F@&K You". Nice!! read more

This place is fast, friendly, and The food is really good. Everything we order from them comes hot and they always bring a complementary bottle of wine for the adults. I highly recommend the fried rice. Nice sticky and full of flavour. read more

Good food, good service, and courteous staff. Not the best Chinese food I've ever had but it's good. Certainly better than the likes of the Tea Garden, and it's cheaper to boot! I have no idea what the delivery part is like, but ordering food to go in person was just fine. It's cash only, so keep that in mind. read more

The food wasn't the best and the lady at the register was EXTREMELY rude and had a terrible attitude. They only take cash and the ATM outside charges a 13% fee on the amount you take out so take some out from base. read more

Absolutely horrible. Beef and broccoli was filled with grease and the broccoli was mushy. The fried rice was mushy as well. Just horrible food. Don't buy unless you want heartburn and disappointment. read more

It's okay chinese food the cream Rangoon or whatever they are called here are pretty good, they deliver all the way out to Eschenbach so that's why they get 5 stars from me. Fried duck is good and anything with rice noodles or glass noodles is good too. read more

Husband loved the fried duck fried rice. I ordered shrimp chow mein. Great taste, would have liked more vegetables though. Service was great. Will be back, but I'll order a salad for vegetables next time :) read more

I wouldn't come here as a sit down restaurant unless you never plan on leaving. Definitely don't come here hungry because this place is some of the slowest service I've ever had. The food here is decent, the friend duck is pretty good. The appetizers, like the crab Rangoon and the fried sushi are delicious. My husband and I eat here a lot just because we know we won't be disappointed. read more
