She has the cutest seasonal clothes, amazing jewelry, and several housewares and body care lines. I could go in every day and find something I had not seen before. Make sure the kids are raised right! Today, I grabbed some Mardi Gras necessities and had to stop myself from grabbing one of everything. If you haven't discovered Hey Penelope, seriously, go and have a blast. If you have, go in soon! She just unboxed even cuter stuff for Mardi Gras than last year (as if that's even possible!). I had a 1 y/o baby and when I asked where I could find clothing In his size she immediately said "we don't have anything" so I look around confused because I saw stuff that looked perfect and I said then what's all this stuff!? And she said that it was only for younger babies or older children but that they absolutely had nothing in his size! She even directed us to a different store! It was laughable how much she didn't want our business! Because I REALLY wanted some cute things I decided to look for myself! I ended up spending $300 and found over 3 outfits! That fit! I soooo did not want to give them my mo way because of how totally lazy and off putting she was but oh well. If I were the owner she would be fired. She tried to send me away! When I was wanting to splurge! And if I hadn't hunted for myself they wouldn't have made that $300 sale! Seriously. I'm still shocked. Anyway. If you want actual customer service don't go here!

"Excellent quality kids clothes". You must enter the Mall of Louisiana to shop here! Let's be frank…read morehere or should I be Suzy saver? Kids clothes should not be an arm and a leg. For those of us who have raised little ones or are currently still raising them know very well that they grow out of clothes & shoes fast! So, why spend tons of money on them? Of course I like nice, high quality kids clothes for my child, but it comes with a price. If you like the quality of Gymboree clothes, then wait for them to go on sale for goodness sakes. Thankfully, they do put them on sale for way less than the original retail price! I love to buy clothes there, when they have huge sales (usual every season). So, I buy a size bigger; therefore, it will fit my child, when she does end up wearing it. The store is not very big and sometimes there is a bit of digging (if they have clothing in bins); however, for the most part, it is highly organized! Staff here is always so helpful, too! Right now, I am waiting for the end-of-summer sale for my kid's next summer clothes. My other favorite time to shop is during Christmas, when a lot of the winter clothes go on sale! Happy shopping and saving (hopefully).

The other night I had got a flat tire on my way home from work and I was able to make it into the Perlis parking lot. I ended up having to leave my car in their parking lot over night but first thing the next morning I called to let them know that I would be there shortly to pick it up. The lady that I spoke to, Rachel, was very friendly and understanding. When my dad and I arrived a few hours later to get my car we were greeted by who I assume was the manager of the store. He offered my dad and I a can of Fix-A-Flat, no charge. A little while later, because my dad and I were out there for quite a while, another man came outside and offered us some bottles of water. I didn't get a chance to look around their store before leaving but I would definitely recommend this store to others based on the employees' personalities alone. If any of the employees read this, thank you again!
