A thorough initial consultation and a clear explanation of his diagnostic using user friendly 3D graphics. The proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say and this practice enabled me to return to work and finally to be walking without sticks or wheelchair. Not a miracle but a professional clinical intervention in a safe, quiet and accessible environment. When I was unfortunate enough to warrant a visit here on an emergency appointment the staff were quick and efficient and very friendly and helpful. I went straight in to see a lovely doctor who was that nice to me that she made me cry! She quickly sussed out my situation and sorted me a prescription out. Even better is that they have a Lloyds pharamacy attached to the side of the building so it's really convenient to go and pick up what ever you need.
