Rude staff member and complete waste of time. I made sure to call and get the right information before I utilized their "walk-in" service. At the office, I was told "they must have misunderstood" when telling me their procedures to transfer part of my care was not what I was told yesterday. The fact that I wasn't even speaking to the rude staff member who kept cutting the other staff member and myself off was what made me decide to leave. Oh yeah, make sure you can figure out a way to pass confidential information along without her yelling it out as well. That way, you can practice patient confidentiality and model it to someone who clearly seems to think because you are a "walk-in," you don't deserve the same respect as others. That type of callused, judgemental behavior goes against anything I've heard of Dr. Cecil. I chose him based on his reputation and treating a family member, successfully. read more
